Abstract
Description
ルチアーノとファーガーホルムは、元来の浸透性と近い浸透性を維持する一方、シート保持性質を分与するために、布に親水性表面加工を行うことを実地説明した。しかし、布の表面の加工に関するこの方法では、シート抵抗を分与することの成功と同時に、コーティングの親水性と耐久性を高めることも望まれている。特許文献2もまたシート抵抗法の重要性を認識しており、それは布を十分に不浸透性にするように、完全に布を覆い且つ布に含浸するためのシリコーンコーティング樹脂を使用することに関する。しかし、この重要な浸透性の減少は乾燥布に応用することを容認されていない。シート抵抗はまた、紙が縮むことを防ぐために布の側面に接着剤を適用することに関する特許文献3で議論されている。他の関係する先行技術は、高い温度及びほつれから守るために布の端部にのみ、シリコーンシーリング材を使用することを報告する特許文献4;及び布の突起に樹脂を適用することに関する特許文献5を含んでいる。上記で参照された全ての特許はここで参照文献に組み込まれる。

Claims (28)
- 抄紙機用又は工業用の布を製造するための方法において:
a) 基礎基材に布を設ける工程;
b) 制御された方法で滴状に前記基礎基材上の予め選択された場所へ重合体樹脂材を沈積させて、前記の予め選択された個別の場所に約0.5mmの高さを有する前記重合体樹脂材の個別で半連続的な沈積を堆積する工程;
c) 少なくとも部分的には前記重合体樹脂材を硬化する工程;
から成る前記方法。 - 前記滴は10μ(10ミクロン)以上の名目直径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 工程b)は:
i) 予め選択された個別の場所を特定し、及び前記重合体樹脂材を沈積させることで前記の個別で半連続的な沈積を堆積させるために、前記基礎基材の表面を同時に検査する工程;及び
ii) 前記沈積を望ましい高さまでするために重合体樹脂を必要としている前記の予め決められた場所に、前記重合体樹脂を沈積させる工程;
から成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記検査工程は、同時にディジタルカメラと連動して作動する高速パターン認識(FPR)処理装置によって実行される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記の沈積させる工程は前記FPR処理装置と対になったピエゾジェットの配列によって実行される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記重合体樹脂材は:
1. ホットメルトと湿分硬化ホットメルト;
2. ウレタンとエポキシに基づく、2成分の反応生成物;
3. ウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテルやシリコーンから得られた反応性のアクリル化モノマーや、アクリル化オリゴマーから成る、感光性樹脂の混合物;及び
4. 水性ラテックスと水性分散体、そしてアクリル樹脂とポリウレタンを含む充填処方;
から成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記の樹脂を硬化させる工程は前記重合体樹脂材を熱源へ曝すことによって遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の樹脂を硬化させる工程は前記重合体樹脂材を冷たい空気に曝すことによって遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の樹脂を硬化させる工程は前記重合体樹脂材を化学線に曝すことによって遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピエゾジェットの配列は個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされた多数のピエゾジェットから成り、ここで前記の個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされているピエゾジェットの幾つかは、重合体樹脂材のあるものを沈積させており、他の個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされているピエゾジェットは違う重合体樹脂材を沈積させている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 均一の厚さを前記基礎基材の表平面上の前記重合体樹脂材に与えるために、前記基礎基材上に沈積させられた前記重合体樹脂材を研磨する任意的工程から更に成る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 一番目の重合体樹脂材が沈積させられ、及び一番目の重合体樹脂材とは異なる二番目の重合体樹脂材が沈積させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 裏側及び紙と接触する側を有するエンドレス形をした基礎基材;及び
前記裏側の予め選択された個別の場所に重合体樹脂材の個別で半連続的な複数の沈積、そして前記沈積は前記裏側と比較して約0.5mmほど高いということ;
から成る抄紙機用又は工業用の布。 - 前記基礎基材は縦糸と横糸から織られており、及び前記の予め選択された場所は前記裏側にある前記糸によって形成される突起である、請求項23に記載の抄紙機用又は工業用の布。
- 前記基礎基材は縦糸と横糸から織られており、又は前記の予め選択された場所は前記裏側にある前記糸によって形成される突起の間の谷である、請求項23に記載の抄紙機用又は工業用の布。
- 前記基礎基材は縦糸と横糸から織られており、及び前記の予め選択された場所は前記裏側にある前記糸と谷の間によって形成される少なくとも2つの連続する突起を取り囲んでいる、請求項23に記載の抄紙機用又は工業用の布。
- 前記布は乾燥布である、請求項22に記載の抄紙機用又は工業用の布。
- 前記基礎基材はスパイラルリンク形をしたベルトである、請求項22に記載の抄紙機用又は工業用の布。
