Description
1. ポリマー沈積ステーション14;

基礎基材12が空気や水のような流体に対して不浸透にされていない場合、本発明に従って、少なくとも部分的には基礎基材12に含浸する重合体樹脂材のコーティングで、基礎基材12を不浸透性にするために基礎基材12の全表面を覆うことが望ましい。これは、装置10の最初のステーションである、ポリマー沈積ステーションを使用することによって、完遂される。
1. ホットメルトと湿分硬化ホットメルト;
2. ウレタンとエポキシから成る2体反応システム;
3. ウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテルやシリコーンから得られた反応性のアクリル化モノマーや、アクリル化オリゴマーから成る、感光性樹脂の組成物;及び
4. 水性ラテックスと水性分散体、及びアクリル樹脂とポリウレタンを含む粒子充填処方。

Claims (29)
- 抄紙機で使用するために設計された樹脂含浸エンドレスベルト構造を製造する方法において、
a) ベルトのための基礎基材を設ける工程;
b) 制御された方式で重合体樹脂材を前記基礎基材に沈積させる工程であって、それは沈積の予め決められたパターンを作るために前記の沈積させられる材料のx,y,z軸をコントロールする様に行われ、それぞれの沈積は複数の滴状をした前記材料からなっており;及び
c) 少なくとも部分的には、前記重合体樹脂材を固着する工程;
から成る、上記の製造方法。 - 前記滴状は10μ(10ミクロン)以上の平均直径を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 均一の厚さと滑らかで且つ巨視的に単一表面を有する前記重合体樹脂材を提供するため、前記基礎基材上に沈積させられた前記重合体樹脂材を研磨する工程から更に成る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)と工程c)は前記基礎基材を横切って横方向に伸張している連続するバンド上において逐次遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)と工程c)は前記基礎基材の周囲を縦方向へと伸張している連続するストリップ上において逐次遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)と工程c)は前記基礎基材の周囲で螺旋状に遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記の予め決められたパターンは予め決められた配列に並べられている複数の個別の場所から成る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記の予め決められたパターンは予め決められた配列において複数の個別の空白領域を規定している連続的なネットワークから成る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記の予め決められたパターンは前記基礎基材中へと伸張している半連続的なネットワークから成る、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記の予め決められたパターンは視覚的に滑らかで均一的である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記重合体樹脂材は、ふぞろい又は均一である前記の予め決められたパターンにおいて、前記基礎基材を覆って望ましい厚さの層を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、前記重合体樹脂材は少なくとも一台の個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされたピエゾジェットから成るピエゾジェットの配列によって沈積させられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程b)と工程c)との間の
i) 前記の予め決められたパターンとの一致を測定するために、前記重合体樹脂材の実際のパターンを検査する工程;
ii)前記の予め決められたパターンから逸脱したものを排除するために、前記重合体樹脂材の実際のパターンを訂正する工程;
から更に成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記検査工程は、ディジタルカメラと連動して作動する高速パターン認識(FPR)処理装置によって実行される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記修復工程は前記FPR処理装置に連結された訂正ジェットの配列によって遂行される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記の樹脂を固着させる工程は前記重合体樹脂材を熱源へ曝すことによって遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の樹脂を固着させる工程は前記重合体樹脂材を冷たい空気に曝すことによって遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記の樹脂を固着させる工程は前記重合体樹脂材を化学線に曝すことによって遂行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピエゾジェットの配列は個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされた複数のピエゾジェットから成り、ここで前記の個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされている幾つかのピエゾジェットは一方の重合体樹脂材を沈積させており、他の個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされているピエゾジェットは別の重合体樹脂材を沈積させている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ある重合体樹脂材は親水性であり、他の重合体樹脂材は疎水性である、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記重合体樹脂材は単一平面をもつ均一な厚さの層という形で沈積させられる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記重合体樹脂材は3次元構造を持った表面を有する均一でない厚さの層に沈積させられる、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記のベルトの製造を速めるために、バルクジェットを用いて、前記の予め決められたパターンで、前記基礎基材に重合体樹脂材を沈積させる工程を、工程b)として更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- バルクジェットを用いた前記沈積工程は、ピエゾジェットの配列による工程b)に先行して実行される、請求項23に記載の方法。
- バルクジェットを用いた前記沈積工程は、ピエゾジェットの配列による工程b)とともに同時に実行される、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 工程a)と工程b)の間に、前記基礎基材の全表面を膜で覆い不浸透性にするために重合体樹脂材を前記基礎基材へと沈積させるという工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記重合体樹脂材はバルクジェットの配列によって前記基礎基材へと沈積させられている、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記重合体樹脂材は、少なくとも一台の個別のコンピュータによってコントロールされているピエゾジェットから成るピエゾジェットの配列によって沈積させられている、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 織布、不織布、螺旋形をした布、スパイラルリンク形をした布、ニット状の布、メッシュ状の布、又はストリップの幅よりも大きな幅を有するベルトを形成するために最終的に螺旋状に巻かれるストリップ、から成っているグループから選ばれた基礎基材を設ける工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
