Claims (12)
- アルキル芳香族炭化水素を含む供給物流からビニル芳香族炭化水素を製造するために使用される脱水素触媒の充填された少なくとも1つの反応室に触媒延命剤を供給することを含んでなる、但し該脱水素触媒が鉄酸化物触媒及び水酸化カリ助触媒を含み且つ該触媒延命剤が酢酸カリウムである、ビニル芳香族炭化水素を該供給物流から製造する方法。
- 反応器に向かう全アルキル芳香族炭化水素の重量に対し、重量で0.01−100ppmの触媒延命剤の連続添加に相当する速度で、触媒延命剤を当該少なくとも1つの反応器に供給することを更に含んでなる、請求項1の方法。
- 反応器に向かう全アルキル芳香族炭化水素の重量に対し、重量で0.10−10ppmの触媒延命剤の連続添加に相当する速度で、触媒延命剤を当該少なくとも1つの反応器に供給することを更に含んでなる、請求項2の方法。
- 反応器に向かう全アルキル芳香族炭化水素の重量に対し、重量で5ppmの触媒延命剤の連続添加に相当する速度で、触媒延命剤を当該少なくとも1つの反応器に供給することを更に含んでなる、請求項3の方法。
- ビニル芳香族炭化水素の製造を中断することなく、触媒延命剤を当該少なくとも1つの反応室に供給することを更に含んでなる、請求項1の方法。
- 供給物流中に水蒸気がすでに存在する、請求項1の方法。
- 水蒸気を供給物流に添加することを更に含んでなる、請求項1の方法。
- 水蒸気を用いて、触媒延命剤を供給物流に注入することを更に含んでなる、請求項1の方法。
- 触媒延命剤を直接供給物流に注入することを更に含んでなる、請求項1の方法。
- 触媒延命剤を直接触媒床に供給することを更に含んでなる、請求項1の方法。
- 300−800℃の温度で行われる、請求項1の方法。
