Description
Claims (14)
- 剛なボトル(2)のための二重バルブ型の手作動式計量ポンプ(1)であって、下側の吸込バルブ(7)と上側の放出バルブ(8)とを計量チャンバ(6)の入口と出口とにそれぞれ備えており、前記計量チャンバは、前記下側のバルブ(7)上を滑動するように装着されている前記計量ポンプにおいて、前記下側のバルブ(7)及び前記上側のバルブ(8)は同一である、ことを特徴とする計量ポンプ。
- 前記各バルブは、中心に穴をあけられているドームから構成される円柱・円錐形状のものであり、前記ドームの壁は、閉止位置において、環状出口オリフィスを覆っている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記下側のバルブ(7)は、前記ボトルの内部と連絡する中空のチューブ(13)に固定されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記上側のバルブ(8)は、前記ポンプの出口ノズルの端部に装着されると共に、最外方の閉止体を構成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記各バルブは、40〜80のショアA硬さを有する材料から形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプ。
- プッシャーの移動距離を制限するための手段(11,21)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプ。
- リング又はキャップ(3)を介して前記剛なボトル(2)に封止可能に装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記剛なボトル(2)に直接に装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記剛なボトル(2)内に置かれた可撓性の袋体(16)のネック部(17)に装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記可撓性の袋体(16)を前記剛なボトル(2)の内壁から隔てているスペースに空気が入るようにする空気入口回路を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記空気入口回路は、前記ポンプのプッシャーと同じ高さに配置されると共に、前記プッシャー(9)が上昇して休止位置にあるとき、同空気入口回路が閉め切られるのを確実にするための手段(19)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記剛なボトル(2)のネック部に封止可能に装着されており、該ボトルの底部は通気口(22)を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 前記通気口(22)はバルブ(25)とフィルタ(24)とを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の計量ポンプ。
- 流体、液体又はペースト状製品を包装して小出しするための装置において、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の計量ポンプを剛なボトルと関連して備えていることを特徴とする装置。
