Claims (14)
- 계량 챔버(6)의 입구 및 출구에 각각 흡입용 하부 밸브(7)와 배출용 상부 밸브(8)를 포함하고, 상기 계략 챔버는 하부 밸브(7)상에 미끄러져 장착되는, 단단한 병(2)을 위한 이중밸브 형 수동식 계량 펌프(1)에 있어서,상기 하부 밸브(7) 및 상부 밸브(8)는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밸브들은 원통-원추형 형상을 가지고, 그 중앙이 관통된 돔을 포함하며, 상기 돔의 벽은 밀폐 위치에서 환형 배출 오리피스를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 하부 밸브(7)는 병의 내측과 연통하는 중공 튜브(13)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 상부 밸브(8)는 펌프의 출구 노즐의 단부에 장착되어, 최외측 밀폐부를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브들은 40 내지 80 사이의 쇼어A경도를 갖는 물질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가압기의 이동을 제한하는 수단(11, 21)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,링 또는 캡(3)을 통해 상기 단단한 본체(2)에 밀봉가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단단한 병(2)에 직접 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단단한 병(2)에 위치한 가요성 파우치(16)의 목부(17)에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 단단한 병(2)의 내벽으로부터 가요성 파우치(16)를 분리시키는 공간으로 공기를 유입하는 공기 유입 회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 공기 유입 회로는 펌프 가압기의 높이에 배치되며, 휴지 위치에서 가압기(9)가 상승되었을 때 그 밀폐를 보장하는 수단(9)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단단한 병(2)의 목부에 밀봉가능하게 장착되며, 상기 단단한 병의 바닥은 통기부(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 통기부(22)는 밸브(25)와 필터(24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계량 펌프.
- 단단한 병과 결합되는 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 계량 펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체, 액체 또는 반죽물의 포장 및 배출 장치.
