Abstract
L'invention concerne pompe doseuse à actionnement manuel de conception simpl e, pour flacon rigide. La pompe doseuse à actionnement manuel est du type à double clapet, comprenant un clapet inférieur d'admission (7) et un clapet supérieur d'expulsion (8) à l'entrée et à la sortie, respectivement, d'une chambre de dosage (6), qui est montée coulissante sur le clapet inférieur (7 ), fixé sur un tube creux (13) communiquant avec l'intérieur du flacon (2). Application à la distribution de produits fluides.
Claims (14)
1. Pompe doseuse (1) à actionnement manuel pour flacon rigide (2), du type à double clapet, comprenant un clapet inférieur d'admission (7) et un clapet supérieur d'expulsion (8) à l'entrée et à la sortie, respectivement, d'une chambre de dosage (6) montée coulissante sur le clapet inférieur (7), caractérisée en ce que le clapet inférieur (7) et le clapet supérieur (8) sont identiques.
2. Pompe doseuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les clapets sont de forme cylindro-conique comprenant un dôme percé en son centre, dont la paroi, en position d'obturation, recouvre l'orifice annulaire de sortie.
3. Pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le clapet inférieur (7) est fixé sur un tube creux (13) communiquant avec l'intérieur du flacon.
4. Pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendi-cations précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le clapet supérieur (8) est monté à l'extrémité de la buse de sortie de la pompe et constitue une fermeture extrême.
5. Pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendi-cations précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les clapets sont réalisés en une matière dont la dureté Shore A est comprise entre 40 et 80.
6. Pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendi-cations précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (11, 21) pour limiter la course du poussoir.
7. Pompe doseuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est montée de manière étanche sur le flacon rigide (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une bague ou d'un capot (3).
8. Pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendica-tions 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est montée directement sur le flacon rigide (2)
9. Pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendica-tions 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est montée sur le col (17) d'une poche souple (16) placée dans le flacon rigide (2).
10. Pompe doseuse selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un circuit d'entrée d'air dans l'espace séparant la poche souple (16) de la paroi intérieure du flacon rigide (2).
11. Pompe doseuse selon la revendication 10, caracté-risée en ce que le circuit d'entrée d'air est situé au niveau du poussoir de la pompe, et comporte des moyens (19) pour assurer son obturation lorsque le poussoir (9) est relevé, en position de repos.
12. Pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendica-tions 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est montée de manière étanche sur le col du flacon rigide (2), dont le fond comporte un évent (22).
13. Pompe doseuse selon la revendication 12, caractéri-sée en ce que l'évent (22) est pourvu d'un clapet (25) et d'un filtre (24).
14. Dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution de produits fluides, liquides ou pâteux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pompe doseuse selon l'une quelconque des revendi-cations précédentes, associée à un flacon rigide.
