Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 内輪と外輪とを備えた玉軸受(1)であって、当該軸受が、回転軸線(6)に対して同心の面(14,15)を有しており、該面(14,15)のうちの1つの面が、回転する軸受輪の構成部分であり、別の面が、定置の軸受輪の構成部分であり、前記面(14,15)同士が、正常運転中、比較的に狭いギャップ(24)を備えて互いに向かい合って位置しており、かつ前記面(14,15)が、機能故障の場合に、非常作動面の機能を有していることを特徴とする玉軸受。
- 同心の前記面(14,15)が軸方向に延びている、請求項1記載の軸受。
- 同心の前記面(14,15)が、横断面で見て段部の形状を有している、請求項1記載の軸受。
- 同心の前記面(14,15)が、当該軸受の軸線(6)に向かって傾けられて延びている、請求項1記載の軸受。
- 前記突出部(14,15)が、同時に軸受カバーの機能を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 前記非常作動面間のギャップが、<0.1mm、有利には<0.05mmである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 前記非常作動面の表面の材料が、次のように選択されている、すなわち、回転するシステムの駆動部が、非常作動に際して生ぜしめられた摩擦をもはや克服し得ずかつ機能しなくなるように選択されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 前記非常作動面(14,15)のための材料が、鋼、有利には硬化させられた転がり軸受鋼である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 前記両非常作動面(14,15)のうちの少なくとも一方の非常作動面が、コーティングされている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 摩擦真空ポンプであって、ステータ(6)とロータ(27)とが設けられており、該ロータ(27)が転がり軸受(35,36)に支えられている形式のものにおいて、前記転がり軸受(35,36)のうちの少なくとも1つの転がり軸受が、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項または複数項の特徴を有していることを特徴とする、摩擦真空ポンプ。
- 遮断ガス装置が装備されている、請求項10記載の摩擦真空ポンプ。
