Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の好ましい実施形態によれば、ハウジングは、歯車アッセンブリ、ストッパ、駆動モータ、及び一対のセンサを有する。アームは、コンピュータ式NC工作機械での切削工具の位置を検出するための第1センサを含む。アームは第1センサを切削工具に面する位置まで移動する。アームを所定の角度範囲内で枢動するため、歯車アッセンブリがアームと組み合わせられる。駆動モータが回転力を歯車アッセンブリに供給し、歯車アッセンブリに連結されたアームを枢動する。アームを、ワームホイールシャフトの軸線を中心として所定の角度範囲内で枢動する。アームがワームホイールシャフトの軸線を中心として過度に枢動した場合、ストッパ及びワームがアームの枢動を制限することができる。

コンピュータ式NC工作機械での切削工具の位置を検出するための第1センサと、
切削工具の位置を検出するために第1センサを所定位置まで移動するためのアームと、
アームを所定の角度範囲で枢動するための、アームと組み合わせられた歯車アッセンブリと、
歯車アッセンブリに駆動力を供給するための駆動モータと、
歯車アッセンブリ、ストッパ、及び駆動モータを収容するためのハウジングとを含む、コンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置を提供する。
Claims (7)
- コンピュータ式NC工作機械での切削工具の位置を検出するための第1センサと、
前記切削工具の位置を検出するために前記第1センサを所定位置まで移動するためのアームと、
前記アームを所定の角度範囲で枢動するための、前記アームと組み合わせられた歯車アッセンブリと、
前記歯車アッセンブリに駆動力を供給するための駆動モータと、
前記歯車アッセンブリ、ストッパ、及び前記駆動モータを収容するためのハウジングとを含む、コンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置。 - 前記歯車アッセンブリは、前記駆動モータに取り付けられた平歯車と係合するアイドル歯車と、前記アームと係合することによって前記アームを枢動するためのワームホイールと、このワームホイールを回転するためのワームと、一端に平歯車を持つワームシャフトとを含み、前記ワームは前記ワームシャフトに摺動自在に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のコンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置。
- 前記ワームシャフトの一端からその他端に向かって所定距離だけ離間された位置にステージ状部分が形成されており、前記ワームシャフトの前記他端にはフランジが形成されている、請求項2に記載のコンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置。
- 前記ワームは前記ステージ状部分と前記ワームシャフトの前記フランジとの間に摺動自在に取り付けられており、前記ワームを弾性的に支持するための弾性部材が前記ワームと前記ワームシャフトの前記フランジとの間に前記ワームの摺動を制限するように配置されている、請求項3に記載のコンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置。
- 前記ワームホイールとともに枢動するカムと、第2センサ及び第3センサとが前記ハウジング内に配置されており、前記第2センサ及び前記第3センサは前記ワームホイールと近接して位置決めされており且つ互いに関して所定距離だけ離間されており、前記第2センサ及び前記第3センサは、前記ワームホイールの枢動角度を検出するように前記カムの移動を検出する、請求項4に記載のコンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置。
- 前記カムの枢動角度を前記歯車アッセンブリと協働して制限するため、前記ワームホイールの回転を制限するためのストッパを更に含む、請求項5に記載のコンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置。
- 前記第2センサ及び前記第3センサは、前記カムの移動を検出し、次いで、前記カムが標準位置を通過したとき、前記駆動モータの作動を停止するための信号をコンピュータ式NC工作機械の制御部に供給する、請求項5に記載のコンピュータ式NC工作機械用工具補正装置。
