Abstract
Description
図1では、本発明による燃料電池を1で示す。この燃料電池はその全体を1で示し、アノード支持体2からなる。このアノード基材は多孔質NiO/YSZのような当技術分野で知られているいずれかの材料で作ることができる。
Claims (10)
- アノード支持体(2)、アノード層(3)、電解質層(4)およびカソード層(5)を含んでいて、前記アノード支持体は当該アノード層とは反対側にストレス補償層(6)を備えており、前記ストレス補償層(6)は本質的には中断なしに広がっている多孔性層(7)であり、作動時には電子伝導性である最大100μmの厚さを持つ多孔性層が当該アノード支持体から遠い側の前記ストレス補償層に塗布されていることを特徴としている、アノード(燃料極)支持形燃料電池。
- 当該電子伝導層は作動状態にて厚さ10〜20μmを有する、請求項1記載の燃料電池。
- 前記電子伝導層(7)はニッケル/酸化ニッケル層を含む、先行請求項の1つに記載の燃料電池。
- 当該ストレス補償層が当該基材から当該電子伝導層まで広がる規則正しいパターンの孔を備えている、先行請求項の1つに記載の燃料電池。
- 前記孔は6角形である、請求項4に記載の燃料電池。
- 前記ストレス補償層が最大40%の多孔性を有する、先行請求項の1つに記載の燃料電池。
- 塗布したアノードおよび電解質と一体で、その上に当該カソード層を塗布、これに続いてこのようにして得た組立品を焼結するアノード支持体の製造、圧粉基材の準備、その上に当該アノード層と電解質の塗布、当該アノード層から遠い側の当該基材に塗布したストレス補償層は当該基材を覆って中断無しに広がるように塗布されていることを特徴としている前記ストレス補償層を含む当該アノード支持体の製造、そして焼結後にその上に電子伝導性多孔層を塗布し、その後その上に塗布した当該基材および当該層を焼結処理にかけることを含む、アノード(燃料極)支持形燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記焼結処理は1300〜1400℃にて実施する、請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記ストレス補償層は前記基材にスクリーン印刷で塗布される、請求項7および8記載の方法。
- 前記ストレス補償層が前記層全体に広がっている最大サイズ1mmの開口部を備える、請求項7記載の方法。
