Abstract
Description
良好な圧縮抵抗性、
全方向においてコア材料を通しての樹脂の速い流動、
低い樹脂吸収、
減少した収縮(すなわち、樹脂収縮を相殺する)、および
良好なドレープ適性(drapability)(すなわち、低い曲げ剛性)。
約6mmの直径を有する六角形の部材をもつ、5×10−9m2の透過度を有する、図4に示された通りのソリック(登録商標)コア材料(オランダのベーネンダール(Veenendaal)のラントール(Lantor))を、2層のガラス繊維フリース(チョップトストランドマット)(材料重量:450g/m2;オーエンス−コーニングによって供給された)の間に挟んだ。この積層物に密閉金型システムの中で0.2バールの圧力における真空注入によってポリエステル樹脂(シノライト(Synolite)6811−N−1、DSMレジンズ)を含浸させた。

Claims (25)
- 密閉金型システム、スプレーアップ適用および/またはハンドレイアップ適用での使用に適する、ドレープ可能である、コア材料であって、ウェブ内にフォーム構造を含有する少なくとも一つの繊維質ウェブを基材としており、前記フォーム構造が多数の部材から形成されており、それら部材は樹脂に対して透過性である流路によって相互に分離されており、部材は材料の平面において展開円の直径によって規定されたときに1.5mm未満の平均直径を有しており、そして流路は0.75mm未満の平均直径を有している、前記コア材料。
- 密閉金型システム、スプレーアップ適用および/またはハンドレイアップ適用での使用に適する、ドレープ可能である、コア材料であって、ウェブ内にフォーム構造を含有する少なくとも一つの繊維質ウェブを基材としており、前記フォーム構造が多数の部材から形成されており、それら部材はウェブ内またはウェブ上に不規則に分布されており、それら部材は樹脂に対して透過性である流路によって相互に分離されている、前記コア材料。
- 部材の少なくとも大部分が材料の平面において部材を取り囲む展開円によって測定したときに3mm未満の、好ましくは2.5mm未満の、直径を有する、請求項2のコア材料。
- 流路の少なくとも大部分が1mm未満の平均直径を有する、請求項2または3のコア材料。
- 流路が0.3〜0.5mmの平均直径を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- 部材が0.2〜1mmの平均直径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- 材料の平面において樹脂に対する透過度が少なくとも1×10−9m2である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- 部材がウェブ内またはウェブ上に不規則に分布されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- コア材料が多数の様々に造形された部材を含有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- ウェブの自由容積が40〜80体積%、好ましくは60〜70体積%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- 部材の少なくとも大部分の、材料の平面に平行な断面が、円形、楕円形および多角形断面からなる群から選ばれる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- 部材の少なくとも一部が微小球を含有している、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- ウェブの繊維が、天然繊維、ガラス繊維、金属繊維、セラミック繊維、合成繊維およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選ばれる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- 1バールにおいて少なくとも30%の圧縮抵抗性、好ましくは少なくとも60%、より好ましくは少なくとも70%の圧縮抵抗性、を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項のコア材料。
- 少なくとも、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項のコア材料とそれと積層された少なくとも一つの繊維質フリースとからなる、積層物。
- 積層物が1〜10mmの全体厚さ、好ましくは2〜5mmの全体厚さ、を有する、請求項15の積層物。
- 少なくとも一つの繊維質フリースが、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維およびポリアラミド繊維からなる群から選ばれた繊維の少なくとも一つのタイプからなる群から選ばれる、請求項15または16の積層物。
- 少なくとも一つの繊維質フリースがコア材料に接着または粘着されている、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項の積層物。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項のコア材料を、場合によっては一つまたはそれ以上の他の不織フリースと組み合わせて、又は請求項15〜18のいずれか一項の積層物を、閉鎖金型の中に配置し、その金型の中に液状樹脂を導入し、そして樹脂を硬化させて物品を製造することを含む、造形品の製造方法。
- 樹脂がポリエステル樹脂、フェニルエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、メラミンホルムアルデヒド樹脂またはフェノール樹脂である、請求項19の方法。
- 請求項19または20のいずれかの方法によって得ることが可能な造形品。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項のコア材料または請求項15〜17のいずれか一項の積層物を基材とした造形品。
- そのオレンジピール値によって表わしたときに30未満の、好ましくは25未満の、より好ましくは10〜20の回折指数を有する、請求項22の造形品。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項のコア材料を製造する方法であって、発泡した材料またはフォーム生成性の材料を、少なくとも一つの結合剤材料を使用して、繊維質ウェブの中に導入し、そして結合剤材料を硬化させることによってウェブ内にフォームを固定させることを含む前記方法。
- 発泡した材料またはフォーム生成性の材料が回転式スクリーン印刷によってウェブの中に導入される、請求項24の方法。
