Abstract
オイル吐出量を抑制し、且つ、圧縮機の騒音や振動を低減させながら、設置スペースも削減できる圧縮機を提供する。
【解決手段】
密閉容器12内に圧縮機構部18を備え、圧縮機構部18にて圧縮された冷媒を冷媒吐出管96により密閉容器12外に吐出するロータリコンプレッサ10において、密閉容器12に受け具122を設ける。冷媒吐出管96に所定容量の縦長円筒形タンクから成るオイルセパレータ132を接続する。オイルセパレータ132のオイル戻し管134を密閉容器12内に連通させる。オイルセパレータ132を固定具126を用いて受け具122に保持させる。

Claims (2)
- 密閉容器内に圧縮機構部を備え、該圧縮機構部にて圧縮された冷媒を冷媒吐出管により前記密閉容器外に吐出する圧縮機において、前記密閉容器に設けられた受け具と、前記冷媒吐出管に接続された所定容量の縦長円筒形タンクから成るオイルセパレータとを備え、該オイルセパレータのオイル戻し管は前記密閉容器内に連通されると共に、該オイルセパレータは、オイルセパレータの周囲に巻き付け可能な形状に形成された固定具により、前記密閉容器に設けられた受け具に保持されていることを特徴とする圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮機構部を第1及び第2の圧縮要素から構成し、当該第1の圧縮要素で圧縮された冷媒を前記密閉容器内に吐出し、更にこの吐出された中間圧の冷媒を前記第2の圧縮要素で圧縮して前記冷媒吐出管より前記オイルセパレータに吐出することを特徴とする請求項1の圧縮機。
