【解決手段】半導体基板1の一主面側に反射防止膜5を有して構成される太陽電池素子であって、半導体基板1及び反射防止膜5の間に、中間酸化物層3と、該中間酸化物層3の主成分と反射防止膜5の主成分とを含有してなる密度遷移領域4とを、半導体基板1から順次有するように構成する。

Claims (2)
- 半導体基板の一主面側に反射防止膜を有して構成される太陽電池素子であって、
前記半導体基板及び前記反射防止膜の間に、中間酸化物層と、該中間酸化物層の主成分と前記反射防止膜の主成分とを含有してなる密度遷移領域とを、前記半導体基板から順次有することを特徴とする太陽電池素子。 - 前記反射防止膜上に形成された後、焼成されることによって前記半導体基板と導通接続された表面電極を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽電池素子。
