Abstract
【解決手段】 冷蔵庫30は、圧縮機1と、この圧縮機1の吐出側に接続される放熱器2と、この放熱器2の出口側に接続される第1膨張弁31と、この第1膨張弁31で減圧されて気液混合状態となった冷媒をガス冷媒と液冷媒とに分離する気液分離器33と、この気液分離器33から出た液冷媒が流通する吸熱器14と、前記気液分離器33から出たガス冷媒を前記圧縮機1の中間圧部に導入する冷媒配管6Dと、を含む冷凍サイクル装置20と、外箱40と、内箱39と、断熱材47と、を備え、気液分離器33を断熱材47内に配置する。

Description
<実施の形態1>
本発明の一実施の形態を図面に基づき詳述する。図1は、本実施の形態における冷蔵庫の概略構成図を示しており、同図1(a)は本実施の形態における冷蔵庫30の側断面図であり、同図1(b)は同冷蔵庫30の背面図であり、同図1(c)は同図1(b)の線Z−Zについての断面図である。
<実施の形態2>
次に図4を参照して、本発明の第2の実施の形態を説明する。図4はこの場合の冷蔵庫70の側断面図を示している。尚、図4において上記第1の実施の形態の冷蔵庫30と同符号が付されているものは、同一又は同様の機能、効果を奏するものとする。冷蔵庫70は、上記第1の実施の形態の冷蔵庫30と比較した場合、第1熱交換器65の換わりに第2熱交換器66を備えた冷凍サイクル装置21を有する点が相違する。
<実施の形態3>
次に図5を参照して、本発明の第3の実施の形態を説明する。図5はこの場合の冷蔵庫90の側断面図を示している。尚、図5において上記各実施の形態と同符号が付されているものは、同一又は同様の機能、効果を奏するものとする。冷蔵庫90は、上記第2の実施の形態の冷蔵庫70と比較した場合、第2熱交換器66に加えて第3熱交換器67を更に備えた冷凍サイクル装置22を有する点が相違する。
<実施の形態4>
次に図6を参照して、本発明の第4の実施の形態を説明する。図6はこの場合の冷蔵庫110の側断面図を示している。尚、図6において上記各実施の形態と同符号が付されているものは、同一又は同様の機能、効果を奏するものとする。冷蔵庫110は、上記第1の実施の形態の冷蔵庫30と比較した場合、収納箱38を有する点が相違する。

Claims (7)
- 中間圧部を有する圧縮機と、この圧縮機の吐出側に接続される放熱器と、この放熱器の出口側に接続される第1の減圧手段と、この第1の減圧手段で減圧されて気液混合状態となった冷媒をガス冷媒と液冷媒とに分離する気液分離手段と、この気液分離手段から出た液冷媒が流通する第2の減圧手段と、この第2の減圧手段から出た冷媒が流通する吸熱器と、前記気液分離手段から出たガス冷媒を前記中間圧部に導入する冷媒配管と、を含む冷凍サイクル装置と、
外箱と、内箱と、前記外箱と前記内箱との間の空隙に充填された断熱材と、を備え、
前記気液分離手段を前記断熱材内に配置したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 中間圧部を有する圧縮機と、この圧縮機の吐出側に接続される放熱器と、この放熱器の出口側に接続される第1の減圧手段と、この第1の減圧手段で減圧されて気液混合状態となった冷媒をガス冷媒と液冷媒とに分離する気液分離手段と、この気液分離手段から出た液冷媒が流通する第2の減圧手段と、この第2の減圧手段から出た冷媒が流通する吸熱器と、前記気液分離手段から出たガス冷媒を前記中間圧部に導入する冷媒配管と、を含む冷凍サイクル装置と、
外箱と、内箱と、断熱材が充填された収納箱と、を備え、
前記気液分離手段を前記収納箱に収納したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 冷蔵室と、この冷蔵室よりも低い温度で保持される冷凍室と、を備え、
前記気液分離手段を前記冷凍室よりも前記冷蔵室の近くに配置したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記圧縮機の吐出側と前記第1の減圧手段との間の冷媒と、前記吸熱器の出口側と前記圧縮機の吸い込み口との間の冷媒と、を熱交換可能に構成された熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記気液分離手段で分離され且つ前記第2の減圧手段に流入する前の液冷媒と、前記前記吸熱器の出口側と前記圧縮機の吸い込み口との間の冷媒と、を熱交換可能に構成された第1の熱交換器及び/又は前記圧縮機の吐出側と前記第1の減圧手段との間の冷媒と、前記気液分離手段で分離され且つ前記圧縮機の中間圧部に導入される前のガス冷媒と、を熱交換可能に構成された第2の熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 圧縮機と、この圧縮機の吐出側に接続される放熱器と、この放熱器の出口側に接続される減圧手段と、この減圧手段から出た液冷媒が流通する吸熱器と、を含み、二酸化炭素冷媒が封入されてなる冷凍サイクル装置と、
外箱と、内箱と、前記外箱と前記内箱との間の空隙に充填された断熱材と、を備え、
前記放熱器から出た高圧の冷媒配管を前記断熱材内に埋設したことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 請求項6に記載の冷蔵庫において、この冷蔵庫の背面部の前記断熱材内には、この断熱材よりも熱伝導率の低い第2の断熱材が備えられ、
前記高圧の冷媒配管は、前記第2の断熱材の側端部よりも外側に配置されていることを特徴とする冷蔵庫。
