Abstract
【解決手段】案内12に移動可能に設けた打ち込みプランジャ13のための駆動装置30を有する固定素子用電動打ち込み装置であって、モータ31によって回転可能な少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール32を設け、この駆動フライホイール32を少なくとも第1構成部材及び第2構成部材により構成し、この第1構成部材は少なくとも1個の外殻体41により構成した該電動打ち込み装置10において、第1構成部材をスチール及び鉄合金のグループから選択した一つの金属とし、一方、第2構成部材を第1構成部材よりも密度の大きな材料からなるものとする。好適には、第1構成部材を密度7g/cm3〜8.4g/cm3とし、一方、第2構成部材を密度8.5g/cm3以上にする。

Claims (8)
- 案内(12)に移動可能に設けた打ち込みプランジャ(13)のための駆動装置(30)を有する固定素子用電動打ち込み装置であって、モータ(31)によって回転可能な少なくとも1個の駆動フライホイール(32)を設け、この駆動フライホイール(32)を少なくとも第1構成部材及び第2構成部材により構成し、この第1構成部材は少なくとも1個の外殻体(41)により構成した該電動打ち込み装置において、
前記第1構成部材をスチール及び鉄合金のグループから選択した一つの金属とし、一方、前記第2構成部材を第1構成部材よりも密度の大きな材料からなるものとしたことを特徴とする打ち込み装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、第2構成部材の密度を、第1構成部材の密度よりも少なくとも1g/cm3大きいものとした打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の装置において、第1構成部材を密度7g/cm3〜8.4g/cm3とし、一方、第2構成部材を密度8.5g/cm3以上の材料とした打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、第2構成部材を、鉛、銅、ニッケル、錫、銀からなるグループから選択した一つの金属とした打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、第2構成部材を鉛、銅、ニッケル、錫、亜鉛、銀、水銀からなるグループから選択した少なくとも二つの金属の合金とした打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、第1構成部材を、外殻体(41)及びハブ(42)を有する基体(38)により構成した打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、第2構成部材を、前記基体(38)における回転対称形状の少なくとも1個の凹所(40)に配置した付加質量体(39)により構成した打ち込み装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、第2構成部材を、付加質量体(39)により構成し、この付加質量体(39)を基体(38)と共に支持軸(34)に配置した打ち込み装置。
