Abstract
【解決手段】ラマンスペクトル測定プローブと内視鏡あるいは超音波プローブを一体型とし、測定時の血液の影響を防ぐためにラマンプローブ先端を患部に接触させる機構を設けた。内視鏡14は血管内を前方視し、ラマンプローブは、血管壁を測定し易いように側視型とした。血管内に挿入されるプローブの先端部21に固定用バルーン23を設け、バルーンと反対側の側面にラマンプローブの用の窓22を配置した。固定用バルーン23を膨らませると、一部だけが血管38の内壁と接触してプローブを固定し、血管内壁との間に隙間を形成する。また、患部に窓が接触する。血液は間隙を流れるため、バルーンを膨らませても血流は止まらない。

図1は、本発明による血管診断用分光プローブの一実施例を示す全体図である。
Claims (4)
- 血管内に挿入される長尺部材と、
前記長尺部材の先端部の側壁に設けられた光透過窓と、
前記長尺部材の先端部の前記光透過窓とは反対側の側壁に設けられたバルーンと、
光源からの光を前記光透過窓に導く光ファイバーと前記光透過窓から前記長尺部材に入射したラマン散乱光を外部に導く光ファイバーとを備えるラマンプローブ部と、
前記バルーンに流体を導入するためのチューブと、
前記長尺部材の先端部に照明光を導く光ファイバーとイメージファイバーとを備える内視鏡部と、
前記内視鏡部の照明光照射領域に生理食塩水を注入するためのチューブと
を含むことを特徴とする血管診断用分光プローブ。 - 請求項1記載の血管診断用分光プローブにおいて、前記バルーンが膨らんだとき、膨らんだバルーンと血管内壁の間に隙間が形成されることを特徴とする血管診断用分光プローブ。
- 血管内に挿入される長尺部材と、
前記長尺部材の先端部の側壁に設けられた光透過窓と、
前記長尺部材の先端部の前記光透過窓とは反対側の側壁に設けられたバルーンと、
光源からの光を前記光透過窓に導く光ファイバーと前記光透過窓から前記長尺部材に入射したラマン散乱光を外部に導く光ファイバーとを備えるラマンプローブ部と、
前記バルーンに流体を導入するためのチューブと、
前記長尺部材の先端部領域の超音波像を取得するための超音波プローブと
を含むことを特徴とする血管診断用分光プローブ。 - 請求項3記載の血管診断用分光プローブにおいて、前記バルーンが膨らんだとき、膨らんだバルーンと血管内壁の間に隙間が形成されることを特徴とする血管診断用分光プローブ。
