本发明涉及一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,包括镜体,在镜体内设置有中空的内窥镜通道,在所述的内窥镜通道中设置有自聚焦镜头和照明光纤;所述镜体上设置有注气注水接口和拉曼光谱接口,所述的注气注水接口和拉曼光谱接口均与内窥镜通道连通;所述镜体连接有中空硬质套管,中空硬质套管的空腔与所述的内窥镜通道连通;所述的拉曼光谱接口中插入拉曼光谱导入光纤。

Description

一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械设备技术领域,涉及一种手术用医疗器械装置,尤其是一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜。
背景技术
乳头溢液是女性乳腺疾病患者在门诊的常见主诉之一。多种乳腺的良、恶性疾病均可表现为乳头溢液,如乳腺小叶增生、导管扩张、乳汁潴留、导管内乳头状瘤以及乳腺癌(包括导管内癌、小叶原位癌在内的早期乳腺癌)等。因此,确定乳头溢液的病因,既可以对病变进行治疗,也能达到对部分乳腺癌患者进行早期治疗的目的,从而降低乳腺癌的发病率和病死率。
现有技术中在乳管镜检查过程中,不时发现导管内可疑病变、可疑新生物,对于确定其性质,往往需要手术切除之后才能进行病理诊断,延长了诊断时间,且增加了不必要的手术,浪费了医疗资源。
而现有的拉曼光谱检测,需要把标本从患者体内切除,经过预处理后送至实验室的拉曼光谱检测仪进行检测,过程较为复杂,同样不能实现实时操作,为医生和患者带来不必要的麻烦。此为现有技术的不足之处。
有鉴于此,本发明给出一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜;以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术中存在的乳管镜检查过程中,不时发现导管内可疑病变、可疑新生物,对于确定其性质,往往需要手术切除之后才能进行病理诊断,延长了诊断时间,且增加了不必要的手术,浪费了医疗资源;而现有的拉曼光谱检测,需要把标本从患者体内切除,经过预处理后送至实验室的拉曼光谱检测仪进行检测,过程较为复杂,同样不能实现实时操作的缺陷,提供设计一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明给出以下技术方案:
一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,包括
镜体,在镜体内设置有中空的内窥镜通道,在所述的内窥镜通道中设置有自聚焦镜头和照明光纤;
所述镜体上设置有注气注水接口和拉曼光谱接口,所述的注气注水接口和拉曼光谱接口均与内窥镜通道连通;
所述镜体连接有中空硬质套管,中空硬质套管的空腔与所述的内窥镜通道连通;
所述的拉曼光谱接口中插入拉曼光谱导入光纤。
作为优选,所述的镜体上设置有操作手柄;通过该操作手柄能够方便的操控乳管镜。
作为优选,所述的拉曼光谱导入光纤上设置有拉曼光谱光纤支撑部;通过手持拉曼光谱光纤支撑部能够将拉曼光谱导入光纤通过拉曼光谱接口伸入到中空硬质套管内,对病体进行检测。
作为优选,所述的拉曼光谱导入光纤连接有拉曼光谱分析镜头;通过设置拉曼光谱分析镜头能够对拉曼光谱导入光纤感知到的图像进行成像,便于发现病变位置。
作为优选,所述的镜体为圆柱形镜体;圆柱形镜体便于设置内窥镜通道。
作为优选,所述镜体的外径在0.6-0.8mm之间。
作为优选,所述镜体的外径为0.7mm;镜体外径设置为0.7mm,伸入各级乳管中进行检测。
作为优选,所述中空硬质套管为圆柱形套管,且中空硬质套管的外径小于镜体外径。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过拉曼光谱导入光纤穿入到镜体的内窥镜通道中,准确的诊断乳管内可疑病变、可疑新生物,以及一切普通乳管镜难以发现的小病灶,鉴别乳腺小叶增生、导管扩张、乳汁潴留、导管内乳头状瘤以及乳腺癌等,准确性,灵敏性较高;
此外,本发明设计原理可靠,结构简单,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
由此可见,本发明与现有技术相比,具有突出的实质性特点和显著地进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

其中,1-镜体,2-内窥镜通道,3-自聚焦镜头,4-照明光纤,5-注气注水接口,6-拉曼光谱接口,7-中空硬质套管,8-拉曼光谱导入光纤,9-操作手柄,10-拉曼光谱光纤支撑部。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述,以下实施例是对本发明的解释,而本发明并不局限于以下实施方式。
实施例1:
如图1-3所示,本实施例提供的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,包括镜体1,所述的镜体1上设置有操作手柄9;通过该操作手柄9能够方便的操控乳管镜。所述的镜体1为圆柱形镜体;圆柱形镜体便于设置内窥镜通道2。在镜体1内设置有中空的内窥镜通道,在所述的内窥镜通道2中设置有自聚焦镜头3和照明光纤4;所述镜体1的外径为0.7mm;镜体外径设置为0.7mm,伸入各级乳管中进行检测。
所述镜体1上设置有注气注水接口5和拉曼光谱接口6,所述的注气注水接口5和拉曼光谱接口6均与内窥镜通道2连通;
所述镜体1连接有中空硬质套管7,中空硬质套管7的空腔与所述的内窥镜通道2连通;所述中空硬质套管7为圆柱形套管,且中空硬质套管的外径小于镜体外径。
所述的拉曼光谱接口6中插入拉曼光谱导入光纤8。所述的拉曼光谱导入光纤8上设置有拉曼光谱光纤支撑部10;通过手持拉曼光谱光纤支撑部10能够将拉曼光谱导入光纤通过拉曼光谱接口伸入到中空硬质套管内,对病体进行检测。所述的拉曼光谱导入光纤8连接有拉曼光谱分析镜头;通过设置拉曼光谱分析镜头能够对拉曼光谱导入光纤感知到的图像进行成像,便于发现病变位置。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,所述镜体的外径为0.6毫米。
实施例3:
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于,所述镜体的外径为0.8毫米。

1.一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,包括
镜体,在镜体内设置有中空的内窥镜通道,在所述的内窥镜通道中设置有自聚焦镜头和照明光纤;
所述镜体上设置有注气注水接口和拉曼光谱接口,所述的注气注水接口和拉曼光谱接口均与内窥镜通道连通;
所述镜体连接有中空硬质套管,中空硬质套管的空腔与所述的内窥镜通道连通;
所述的拉曼光谱接口中插入拉曼光谱导入光纤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,所述的镜体上设置有操作手柄。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,所述的拉曼光谱导入光纤上设置有拉曼光谱光纤支撑部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,所述的拉曼光谱导入光纤连接有拉曼光谱分析镜头。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,所述的镜体为圆柱形镜体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,所述镜体的外径在0.6-0.8mm之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,所述镜体的外径为0.7mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种活体实时拉曼光谱检测的乳管镜,其特征在于,所述中空硬质套管为圆柱形套管,且中空硬质套管的外径小于镜体外径。
