Abstract
【解決手段】転動体としてのボール4をセラミックで形成し、内輪2と外輪3の各軌道面2a、3aに浸炭窒化層を形成して、軸受空間に封入するグリース7の増ちょう剤にウレア化合物を用いることにより、ボール4の微小滑りを抑制するとともに、高速の正逆微動回転の切り替えによってボール4の微小滑りが生じても、内外輪2、3の各軌道面2a、3aに十分な厚さの油膜が形成されるようにし、ボール4は勿論、内外輪2、3の各軌道面2a、3aにもフレッティングが発生しないようにした。

Claims (3)
- 内外輪の軌道面間に転動体が配列された軸受空間にグリースを封入し、正逆微動回転する軸を支持するようにした正逆微動回転用転がり軸受において、前記転動体をセラミックで形成し、前記内外輪の軌道面に浸炭窒化層を形成して、前記グリースの増ちょう剤にウレア化合物を用いたことを特徴とする正逆微動回転用転がり軸受。
- 前記グリースの増ちょう剤の配合割合を10〜50質量%とした請求項1に記載の正逆微動回転用転がり軸受。
- 前記浸炭窒化層の残留オーステナイト量を20〜40質量%とした請求項1または2に記載の正逆微動回転用転がり軸受。
