Abstract
【解決手段】複数の吸気道21 ,22 と,スロットル弁51 ,52 を迂回して吸気道21 ,22 に接続される複数のバイパス121 ,122 と,これらバイパスを開閉する共通のバイパス制御弁10とを備える,多気筒エンジン用吸気装置において,バイパス制御弁10を,弁体26と,この弁体26を,その上方で開閉作動する電動アクチュエータ25とで構成し,バイパス121 ,122 の,弁体26より上流側のバイパス上流通路12aを弁体26の下方に配置し,このバイパス上流通路12aから,対応する吸気道21 ,22 に達するアイドル空気通路371 ,372 を分岐させた。

- 多気筒エンジンの吸気ポートに連なる複数の吸気道(21 ,22 )と,これら吸気道(21 ,22 )を開閉する複数のスロットル弁(51 ,52 )と,上流端が大気又はスロットル弁(51 ,52 )より上流側の吸気道(21 ,22 )に開口すると共に,他端がスロットル弁(51 ,52 )より下流側の吸気道(21 ,22 )に開口する複数のバイパス(121 ,122 )と,これらバイパス(121 ,122 )を開閉する共通のバイパス制御弁(10)とを備える,多気筒エンジン用吸気装置において,
バイパス制御弁(10)を,複数のバイパス(121 ,122 )を開閉する弁体(26)と,この弁体(26)を,その上方で開閉作動する電動アクチュエータ(25)とで構成し,バイパス(121 ,122 )の,弁体(26)より上流側のバイパス上流通路(12a)を弁体(26)の下方に配置し,このバイパス上流通路(12a)から,対応する吸気道(21 ,22 )に達するアイドル空気通路(371 ,372 )を分岐させたことを特徴とする,多気筒エンジン用吸気装置。 - 請求項1記載の多気筒エンジン用吸気装置において,
バイパス上流通路(12a)を,複数のバイパス(121 ,122 )に対して共通する単一通路に構成したことを特徴とする,多気筒エンジン用吸気装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の多気筒エンジン用吸気装置において,
複数のバイパス(121 ,122 )の,バイパス制御弁(10)より下流の複数のバイパス下流通路(12b1 ,12b2 )を迷路状に構成したことを特徴とする,多気筒エンジン用吸気装置。
