Claims (13)
- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーが分散している熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる樹脂層をタイヤ内面の少なくとも一部に形成し、多孔質材料からなる吸音材を前記樹脂層の上に配置し、熱可塑性樹脂からなる係止部材を前記吸音材を通して前記樹脂層に対して熱融着した空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記係止部材の構成材料が前記樹脂層に含まれる樹脂と同種の熱可塑性樹脂である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記係止部材の融点と前記樹脂層の融点との差が20℃以下である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材の多孔質材料が発泡ポリウレタンである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記樹脂層を空気透過防止層としてタイヤ内面の全面に形成した請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記係止部材が板状である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。

- 熱可塑性樹脂又は熱可塑性樹脂中にエラストマーを分散させてなる熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる樹脂層をタイヤ内面の少なくとも一部に備えた空気入りタイヤを加硫した後、多孔質材料からなる吸音材を前記樹脂層の上に配置し、熱可塑性樹脂からなる係止部材を前記吸音材を通して前記樹脂層に対して熱融着するようにした空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記係止部材と前記樹脂層との熱融着に超音波溶着機を用いた請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 超音波溶着機の加振用ホーンとして、先端の幅方向両端部に面取りを施した加振用ホーンを採用した請求項9に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記係止部材の構成材料が前記樹脂層に含まれる樹脂と同種の熱可塑性樹脂である請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記係止部材の融点と前記樹脂層の融点との差が20℃以下である請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記吸音材の多孔質材料が発泡ポリウレタンである請求項8〜12のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
