【解決手段】入力シャフト(5)と、第一出力シャフト(8)及び第二出力シャフト(9)と、上記入力シャフト(5)を第一出力シャフト(8)ないし第二出力シャフト(9)に接続するための複数の歯車対(10,11,12,13,14)と、を設ける。上記歯車対(10,11,12,13,14)は、固定歯車(10f,11f,12f,13f,14f)とルーズ歯車(10l,11l,12l,13l,14l)とからなる。また、歯車対(11)の一つの歯車(11l)と噛合状態にあるギアユニット(29)を設ける。上記ギアユニット(29)が、変速切り替えクラッチ(34)の配置されたルーズ歯車(33)を有している。上記ギアユニット(29)は、別の前進段を実現可能に構成されている。さらに、変速機(1)には補助駆動装置が設けられている。

Claims (20)
- クラッチ(2)を介してエンジン(4)と接続可能である少なくとも一つの入力シャフト(5)と、
出力側にそれぞれ接続される少なくとも一つの第一出力シャフト(8)及び第二出力シャフト(9)と、
上記入力シャフト(5)を上記第一出力シャフト(8)ないし上記第二出力シャフト(9)と接続するための複数の歯車対(10,11,12,13,14)と、
上記入力シャフト(5)を出力側と噛合状態にある第三出力シャフト(26)に接続するために、歯車対(11)の一方の歯車(11l)と噛合状態にあるギアユニット(29)と、を備え、
上記歯車対(10,11,12,13,14)は、固定歯車(10f,11f,12f,13f,14f)とルーズ歯車(10l,11l,12l,13l,14l)とからなり、上記ルーズ歯車は、該ルーズ歯車に対応して配置された変速切り替えクラッチ(15,16,17,18,19)によって該ルーズ歯車(10l,11l,12l,13l,14l)の配置されているシャフト上に固定され、これにより前進段を実現する自動車用変速機であって、
補助駆動装置をさらに備えており、
上記ギアユニット(29)は、変速切り替えクラッチ(34)が対応して設けられた少なくとも一つのルーズ歯車(33)を備えているとともに、別の前進段を実現可能に構成されていることを特徴とする変速機。 - 上記補助駆動装置は、上記出力側を前進段とは反対向きに回転させるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機。
- 上記補助駆動装置は、上記少なくとも一つの入力シャフト(5)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の変速機。
- 上記入力シャフト(5)に対して同軸配置される第二入力シャフト(6)を備えていて、
上記第二入力シャフト(6)は、第二クラッチ(3)を介してエンジン(4)と接続可能に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。 - 上記補助駆動装置は、上記入力シャフト(5)及び第二入力シャフト(6)にそれぞれ接続される二つの駆動ユニット(35,36)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の変速機。
- 上記補助駆動装置は、少なくとも一つの電動機を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
- 上記補助駆動装置の少なくとも一つの駆動ユニット(35)は、少なくとも上記入力シャフト(5)に対して同軸配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の変速機。
- 上記入力シャフト(5)に対して同軸配置された駆動ユニット(35)は、上記クラッチ(2)及び第二クラッチ(3)のうち少なくとも一方のラジアル方向を覆うように配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の変速機。
- 上記補助駆動装置の駆動ユニット(36)は、チェーン(38)を介して上記入力シャフト(5)または第二入力シャフト(6)のいずれか一方と接続していることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
- 上記ギアユニット(29)は、歯車対(11)の歯車(11l)と噛み合うとともに、上記第三出力シャフト(26)の軸心とは異なる回転軸を中心に回転する第一歯車(31)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の変速機。
- 上記ギアユニット(29)は、上記第三出力シャフト(26)上に配置されていて、第一歯車(31)に対して動力伝達可能な第二歯車(33)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の変速機。
- 上記ギアユニット(29)は、第三歯車(32)の配設された中間シャフト(30)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の変速機。
- 上記第二歯車(33)は、ルーズ歯車(33)であることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
- 上記入力シャフト(5)上、若しくは該入力シャフト(5)及び第二入力シャフト(6)上に、各歯車対(10,11,12,13,14,15)の固定歯車(10f、11f、12f、13f、14f)がそれぞれ配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
- 第一歯車対(13)の固定歯車(13f)が第二歯車対(45)の固定歯車を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
- 上記第一、第二及び第三出力シャフト(8,9,26)には、それぞれ、回転トルクを出力側に伝達するために、小歯車(20,25,27)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
- 上記第一及び第二出力シャフト(8,9)は、少なくとも上記入力シャフト(5)から離間して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
- 上記入力シャフト及び出力シャフト(5,6,8,9,26,30)を収容するためのギアハウジングを備えており、
上記第三出力シャフト(26)には、後進段で回転トルクを伝達するための歯車(33)が配置されていて、該歯車(33)がルーズ歯車であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。 - 後進段(R)用の歯車は、第一歯車部分(44a)及び第二歯車部分(44b)を備えたダブルルーズ歯車(44)と噛合状態にあり、
上記第一歯車部分(44a)は、前進段用の歯車対(10)のルーズ歯車である一方、上記第二歯車部分(44b)は、後進段(R)用の歯車と噛み合っていて、
上記第一歯車部分(44a)の直径は、上記第二歯車部分(44b)の直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の変速機。 - 前進7段を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか一つに記載の変速機。
