Abstract
【課題】 発泡合成樹脂から成る心材の厚み方向両側に複合材料から成る面板が積層されるサンドイッチパネルの剥離の進展を防止する剥離進展防止構造を提供する。
【解決手段】 各面板4a,4bから厚み方向内方へ突出するように、アレスタ5を設ける。これによって各面板4a,4bと心材3との間に剥離が生じ、その剥離が進展したとしても、剥離がアレスタ5が設けられる位置まで到達すると、その先への剥離の進展を防止することができる。したがって剥離が生じても、進展する領域を小さく抑え、剥離がサンドイッチパネル2全体にわたって進展してしまうことを防ぐことができる。このようにサンドイッチパネル2における剥離の進展を防止し、耐久性を高くすることができる。

Description
(Foam Core sandwich Panel)が用いられている。このフォームコアサンドイッチパネルは、発泡合成樹脂から成る心材に、繊維強化複合材料から成る面板を積層し、一体成形されるパネルであり、重量軽減および部品点数低減が可能であるうえ、ハニカムコアサンドイッチパネルのような水浸入の欠点もない優れた構造材料である。
本発明に従えば、剥離進展防止片によって、心材を厚み方向へ挿通して各面板を連結することができる。これによって剥離進展防止片によって、剥離の進展を防止するとともに、サンドイッチパネルを補強することができる。したがって剥離の進展防止以外の点でも、サンドイッチパネルの耐久性を高くすることができる。
表1は、各供試体60における剥離の進展状況を示す。
図16は、1つ目の供試体60(No.X−1)のサイクル数と剥離の幅Wとの関係を示すグラフである。図17は、2つ目の供試体60(No.X−3)のサイクル数と剥離の幅Wとの関係を示すグラフである。図18は、3つ目の供試体60(No.X−4)のサイクル数と剥離の幅Wとの関係を示すグラフである。図16〜図18には、横軸にサイクル数を示し、縦軸に剥離の幅Wを示す。サイクル数は、圧縮荷重を与えた後引張荷重を与える荷重サイクルの数である。

- 発泡合成樹脂材料から成る心材の厚み方向両側に複合材料から成る面板が積層されるサンドイッチパネルの面板から厚み方向内方へ突出する剥離進展防止片が設けられることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネルの剥離進展防止構造。
- 剥離進展防止片は、心材の厚み方向の中途部まで突出して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサンドイッチパネルの剥離進展防止構造。
- 剥離進展防止片は、各面板間にわたって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のサンドイッチパネルの剥離進展防止構造。
- 剥離進展防止片は、心材に臨む側の表面が全領域にわたって滑らかに連なる無屈曲面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のサンドイッチパネルの剥離進展防止構造。
- 心材の厚み方向中間位置に、各面板から間隔をあけて、各面板に沿う方向へ延びる面状の補助剥離進展防止片が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のサンドイッチパネルの剥離進展防止構造。
