Abstract
【解決手段】第1電極313、第2電極315及びこれらの間に介されたセパレータ314が共に巻取られた電極組立体312と、前記電極組立体312を収容する缶310と、前記缶310の上段開口部に結合されて端子通孔341が形成されているキャッププレート340と、前記端子通孔341に挿入される電極ピン330と、を含むリチウム二次電池であって、前記電極ピン330は、平板型の頭部132と前記頭部132の下面から延びている柱部136とを含み、前記頭部132の上面の縁に沿って突出部134が形成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 第1電極、第2電極及びこれら間に介されたセパレータが共に巻取られた電極組立体と、前記電極組立体を収容する缶と、前記缶の上段開口部に結合されて端子通孔が形成されているキャッププレートと、前記端子通孔に挿入される電極ピンと、を含むリチウム二次電池であって、
前記電極ピンは、平板型の頭部と前記頭部の下面から延びている柱部とを含み、前記頭部の上面の縁に沿って突出部が形成されていることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記突出部は、プレス加工により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記突出部と前記頭部の上面との間の段差は、前記頭部の上面の厚さの4倍以内であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記頭部は、円形、楕円形、および四角形の中から選択されるいずれかの1つの形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極ピンは、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極ピンの外面に、絶縁ガスケットが結合されて前記端子通孔に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記絶縁ガスケットは、ポリプロピレンまたは熱可塑性フッ素系樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記熱可塑性フッ素系樹脂は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロアルキルビニールエーテル共重合体、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体の中から選択されるいずれかの1つであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池。
