Abstract
【解決手段】 動力分配統合機構30と減速ギヤ35とを介在させた状態でケースCSに収納されるモータMG1とモータMG2を、その固定子ST1,ST2と回転子RT1,RT2とを同一の材料で同一の構造として同一の径として形成したステータ部材とロータ部材とを出力に応じた積厚となるよう組み付ける。これにより、モータMG1,MG2を構成する総部品点数を少なくすることができ、モータMG1,MG2の組み付け性を向上させることができると共にその生産性の向上を図ることができる。

Description
動力の出力に用いる出力の異なる複数の電動機を備える駆動装置であって、
前記複数の電動機の少なくとも二つの出力の異なる電動機は、設計諸元の一部を同一として構成されてなる
ことを特徴とする。
内燃機関と、
上述の3軸式動力入出力手段を備える態様の本発明の駆動装置、即ち、基本的には、動力の出力に用いる出力の異なる複数の電動機を備える駆動装置であって、前記複数の電動機の少なくとも二つの出力の異なる電動機は、設計諸元の一部を同一として構成されてなることを特徴とし、動力を入力可能な入力軸と動力を出力する駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を出力する3軸式動力入出力手段を備え、前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機は、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2電動機とを含む、駆動装置と、
を備え、
前記内燃機関の出力軸が前記入力軸に連結されてなり、
車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (13)
- 動力の出力に用いる出力の異なる複数の電動機を備える駆動装置であって、
前記複数の電動機の少なくとも二つの出力の異なる電動機は、設計諸元の一部を同一として構成されてなる
ことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機は、同一径の固定子用部材を複数積層してなる固定子と、同一径の回転子用部材を複数積層してなる回転子とにより構成されてなる請求項1記載の駆動装置。
- 前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機は、同一の材料で同一構造として形成された固定子用部材を複数積層してなる固定子と、同一の材料で同一構造として形成された回転子用部材を複数積層してなる回転子とにより構成されてなる請求項2記載の駆動装置。
- 前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機は、前記固定子用部材および前記回転子用部材の積層数を異なるものとして出力の異なる電動機として構成してなる請求項2または3記載の駆動装置。
- 前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機の少なくとも二つの電動機を一体のケースに収納してなる請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の駆動装置。
- 走行用の動力の出力に用いる駆動装置として請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の駆動装置を搭載する車両。
- 前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機は、第1の車軸への動力の出力に用いる第1電動機と前記第1の車軸とは異なる第2の車軸への動力の出力に用いる第2電動機とを含む請求項6記載の車両。
- 請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の駆動装置であって、
動力を入力可能な入力軸と動力を出力する駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を出力する3軸式動力入出力手段を備え、
前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機は、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な第1電動機と前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な第2電動機とを含む、
駆動装置。 - 前記3軸式動力入出力手段を前記第1電動機と前記第2電動機との間に配置すると共に前記3軸式動力入出力手段と前記第1電動機と前記第2電動機とを一体のケースに収納してなる請求項8記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項9記載の駆動装置であって、
前記第2電動機は変速機を介して前記駆動軸に連結されてなり、
前記変速機は前記3軸式動力入出力手段と前記第2電動機との間に配置されてなる
駆動装置。 - 内燃機関と、
請求項8ないし10いずれか記載の駆動装置と、
を備え、
前記内燃機関の出力軸が前記入力軸に連結されてなり、
車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる
車両。 - 前記車軸とは異なる車軸への動力の出力に用いる第3電動機を前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機として備える請求項11記載の車両。
- 前記設計諸元の一部を同一として構成した電動機は、前記第1電動機,前記第2電動機,前記第3電動機のうちいずれか二つの電動機である請求項12記載の車両。
