Abstract
【解決手段】空間部6が形成された収納面と該収納面と対向するように配され、且つ空間部を閉塞する底面とにより構成された外装材3に電池素子2が収容され、該電池素子2の各電極と導通される電極端子リードが外装材3内部から外部に引き出されるとともに、外装材3は、空間部周囲のうち、谷折りされた一辺以外の少なくとも一辺が所定の幅をもって熱溶着されるとともに、電極端子リードが引き出されている部分以外の熱溶着された部分が空間部6とは反対側の裏面に折り畳まれている。この折り畳まれた外装材3は、両面テープ8によって外装材3に固定される。

Claims (4)
- 空間部が形成された収納面と該収納面と対向するように谷折りされて配され且つ空間部を閉塞する底面とにより構成されたラミネートフィルムからなる外装材に電池素子が収容され、
上記電池素子の各電極と導通される電極端子リードが上記外装材の谷折りされた一辺と平行をなす一辺から外部に引き出されてなる非水電解質電池において、
上記外装材は、空間部周囲のうち、谷折りされた一辺以外の少なくとも一辺が所定の幅をもって熱溶着されるとともに、上記電極端子リードが引き出されている部分以外の熱溶着された部分が上記空間部とは反対側の裏面に折り畳まれていることを特徴とする非水電解質電池。 - 上記外装材は、折り畳まれた部分が接着剤転写テープによって固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 上記接着剤転写テープは、アクリル系の粘着剤層を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の非水電解質電池。
- 上記外装材は収納面と底面とをもったラミネートフィルムからなり、該収納面に空間部が形成され、
上記空間部の一辺近傍を谷折りすることにより二つに折り畳まれ、該一辺以外の三辺が開放されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の非水電解質電池。
