Claims (7)
- 電池であって、
セルと、前記セルを封入する包装フィルムとを含み、
前記包装フィルムは、折り返し部を含み、前記折り返し部は、前記セルの端面に貼り合わされる第1セグメントと、前記第1セグメントに接続された第2セグメントとを含み、前記第1セグメントは、前記第2セグメントと前記セルとの間に設けられ、前記第2セグメントは、二層の包装フィルムを含み、
前記第2セグメントの厚さは、関係式h=2d+nを満たし、
hは前記第2セグメントの厚さであり、dは前記包装フィルムの厚さであり、nは、調整係数であり、関係式-1mm≦n≦5mmを満たすものであり、
前記セルは、セパレータを含み、前記セパレータの少なくとも一部は、前記第2セグメントの二層の包装フィルムの間に位置することを特徴とする電池。 - 前記第2セグメントは、折り返して前記第1セグメントに貼り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記第2セグメントと前記第1セグメントとの間には接着剤層が設けられ、前記第2セグメントは、前記接着剤層により前記第1セグメントに貼り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、貼付部をさらに含み、前記貼付部は、前記第1セグメントの外側と前記第2セグメントの外側に設けられ、前記第2セグメントと前記第1セグメントとは、前記貼付部で固定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は、タブをさらに含み、前記タブと前記第2セグメントは、前記電池の長手方向における両側に相対して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記第2セグメントの包装フィルムは、有機層を含み、前記有機層は、前記包装フィルムの表面に位置し、前記有機層は、前記セパレータに粘着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記第2セグメントの前記電池の長手方向における幅は、関係式0.2mm≦W≦10mmを満たし、
Wは前記第2セグメントの前記電池の長手方向における幅であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
