Abstract
【解決手段】 ローラ4と、そのローラ4の内方に位置するローラ軸2と、ローラとローラ軸との間に介在する転動体3とを備え、ローラ軸2が、窒素富化層を有し、転動体が転走する転走面の領域の表層部のオーステナイト結晶粒度が11番以上であり、かつ硬度がHV653以上であり、端部の硬さがHV300以下であり、転走面中央の軸中心部の硬度がHV550以上である。

Claims (5)
- 外方部材と、前記外方部材の内方に位置する内方部材と、前記外方部材と内方部材との間に介在する転動体とを備え、
前記外方部材および内方部材の少なくとも1つの部材が窒素富化層を有し、前記少なくとも1つの部材において、前記転動体が転走する転走面の領域の表層部のオーステナイト結晶粒度が11番以上であり、かつ硬度がHV(ビッカース硬度)653以上であり、その部材の端部の硬さがHV300以下であり、転走面中央の軸中心部の硬度をHV550以上とした、転がり軸受。 - 前記転走面の領域の表層部と転走面中央の軸中心部以外において、そのミクロ組織がフェライトと炭化物とを有する領域が含まれる、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転走面の領域は高周波焼入れされている、請求項1または2に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転走面の領域の表層部において残留オーステナイトが10〜50体積%を占め、該転走面中央の軸中心部において残留オーステナイトが存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記少なくとも1つに部材は、A1点以上で浸炭窒化処理した後にA1点未満にまで徐冷し、次いで前記転走面の領域を高周波焼入れする処理がなされている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の転がり軸受。
