Description
Claims (4)
- エンジンのカム軸と転がり接触する外輪と、
前記外輪の内側に位置し、ロッカーアームに固定された内輪と、
前記外輪と前記内輪との間に介在する複数の転動体とを備えたロッカーアーム用転がり軸受において、
前記内輪および前記転動体の両方の部材は、A1変態点を超える浸炭窒化処理温度で鋼を浸炭窒化処理した後、前記A1変態点未満の温度に冷却し、その後、前記A1変態点以上前記浸炭窒化処理の温度未満の焼入れ温度域に再加熱し、焼入れを行なうことにより製造され、
前記外輪、前記内輪、および前記転動体の全てが窒素富化層を有し、
前記内輪および前記転動体の両方の部材における前記窒素富化層のオーステナイト結晶粒の粒度番号が10番を超える範囲にあり、かつ前記部材の残留オーステナイト量が11体積%以上25体積%以下であり、かつ前記部材の窒素含有量が0.1質量%以上0.7質量%以下であり、
前記外輪における前記窒素富化層のオーステナイト結晶粒の粒度番号は、前記両方の部材における前記窒素富化層のオーステナイト結晶粒の粒度番号よりも小さく、前記外輪における前記窒素富化層の残留オーステナイト量は、前記両方の部材における前記窒素富化層の残留オーステナイト量よりも多い、ロッカーアーム用転がり軸受。 - 前記ロッカーアームは一方の端部と他方の端部との間に位置するロッカーアーム軸に取り付けられ、前記一方の端部に前記エンジンの開閉用バルブの端部が当接し、前記ロッカーアームは前記他方の端部に二股状の内輪支持部を有し、その二股状の内輪支持部に前記内輪が固定されている、請求項1に記載のロッカーアーム用転がり軸受。
- 前記ロッカーアームの一方の端部と他方の端部との間に設けられ、
前記ロッカーアームの2つの側壁の間にわたる内輪孔に前記内輪が固定され、前記ロッカーアームの一方の端部に前記エンジンの開閉用バルブの端部が当接し、前記ロッカーアームの他方の端部にピボットが当接する、請求項1に記載のロッカーアーム用転がり軸受。 - 前記ロッカーアームは、ロッカーアーム本体と、前記カム軸からの応力を伝達する連動棒とを有し、前記ロッカーアーム本体は前記ロッカーアーム本体の一方の端部と他方の端部との間に位置するロッカーアーム軸に取り付けられ、前記ロッカーアーム本体の前記一方の端部に前記エンジンの開閉用バルブの端部が当接し、前記ロッカーアーム本体の前記他方の端部に前記連動棒の一方の端部が当接し、前記連動棒の他方の端部に前記内輪が固定されている、請求項1に記載のロッカーアーム用転がり軸受。
