Description
また、上記の内方部材は、A1点以上で浸炭窒化処理した後に、急冷し、次いでA1点未満で調質処理を行い、さらに転走面の領域に高周波焼入れが施されてもよい。この調質処理は、A1点から650℃までの範囲で行われてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 外方部材と、前記外方部材の内方に位置する内方部材と、前記外方部材と前記内方部材との間に介在する転動体とを備え、
前記内方部材が窒素富化層を有し、前記内方部材において、前記転動体が転走する転走面の領域の表層部のオーステナイト結晶粒度が11番以上であり、かつ硬度がHV(ビッカース硬度)790〜800であり、前記内方部材の端部の硬さがHV250〜270であり、前記転走面中央の軸中心部の硬度がHV710〜730であり、
前記内方部材は、A1点以上で浸炭窒化処理した後にA1点未満にまで徐冷し、次いで前記転走面の領域を高周波焼入れする処理がなされている、転がり軸受。 - 前記除冷は、炉冷により前記浸炭窒化処理する温度からA1点−100℃までの範囲で行われる、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 外方部材と、前記外方部材の内方に位置する内方部材と、前記外方部材と前記内方部材との間に介在する転動体とを備え、
前記内方部材が窒素富化層を有し、前記内方部材において、前記転動体が転走する転走面の領域の表層部のオーステナイト結晶粒度が11番以上であり、かつ硬度がHV(ビッカース硬度)790〜800であり、前記内方部材の端部の硬さがHV250〜270であり、前記転走面中央の軸中心部の硬度がHV710〜730であり、
前記内方部材は、A1点以上で浸炭窒化処理した後に、急冷し、次いでA1点未満で調質処理を行い、さらに前記転走面の領域に高周波焼入れが施されている、転がり軸受。 - 前記調質処理は、A1点から650℃までの範囲で行われる、請求項3に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転走面の領域の表層部と前記転走面中央の軸中心部以外において、そのミクロ組織がフェライトと炭化物とを有する領域が含まれる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転走面の領域の表層部において残留オーステナイトが24.7体積%以上25.5体積%以下を占め、前記転走面中央の軸中心部において残留オーステナイトが存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の転がり軸受。
