Abstract
【解決手段】 軸受22を複数のセグメント26で構成し、各セグメント26を超硬合金からなる基材26aと、この基材26a上に形成されたダイヤモンド焼結体26bおよび基材26aの裏側に配されるバックメタル26cとで構成する。そして、ダイヤモンド焼結体20bの表面を、ポンプ主軸(回転軸)20に固着した超硬合金からなるスリーブ21に摺動させるとともに、セグメント26の周方向比率を60%以上に設定し、かつ、セグメント26の周方向の数を17以上に設定してある。

Claims (7)
- 回転軸または回転軸に固着されたスリーブと、前記回転軸または前記スリーブと対向する軸受とで摺動面が構成されるとともに、該摺動面を形成する摺動部材としてセグメントが用いられ、かつ、そのセグメントと支持体の間に緩衝材を設けたすべり軸受であって、
前記セグメントの周方向比率が60%以上であり、かつ、周方向のセグメント数が17以上であることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 請求項1に記載のすべり軸受において、
前記セグメントが軸方向に複数段配設されていることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のすべり軸受において、
前記セグメントの摺動面がダイヤモンド焼結体からなることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 請求項3に記載のすべり軸受において、
前記セグメントの摺動面が平面で前記回転軸または回転軸に固着されたスリーブと線接触することを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載のすべり軸受において、
前記緩衝材が連続使用可能上限温度を150℃〜100℃の範囲とした高分子弾性材料であることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 請求項3〜請求項5のいずれかに記載のすべり軸受において、
前記ダイヤモンド焼結体が超硬合金上に形成され、該超硬合金の裏面にバックメタルを取付けたことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のいずれかに記載のすべり軸受を用いたことを特徴とするポンプ装置。
