Abstract
【解決手段】挿入部先端側に設けた湾曲部12を湾曲動作させる湾曲駆動手段30と、湾曲部に対する湾曲動作を指示入力するための湾曲操作入力手段20と、湾曲操作入力手段に動作抵抗を生じさせる動作抵抗手段とを有する電動湾曲内視鏡装置1において、動作抵抗手段は湾曲操作入力手段の操作子41の移動と連動し移動自在に配設される板状部材42と、板状部材の少なくとも一部を取り囲むようにかつ板状部材が内部で移動自在に収納される収納体と、収納体によって封入される粘性流体44aとによって構成する。

Description
図1及び図2は、本発明の第1の実施形態を示し、図1は本実施形態の電動湾曲内視鏡装置装置の概略的な構成を示す概略構成図である。また、図2は、図1の電動湾曲内視鏡装置装置の内部構成の概略的な構成を示す概略構成図である。
操作子41の軸部41aが符号Uにあるとき、湾曲部(12)は上方向(アップ)への最大湾曲状態にある。
次に、本発明の第4の実施形態の電動湾曲内視鏡装置について、図19〜図21を用いて以下に説明する。

Claims (7)
- 挿入部先端側に設けた湾曲部を湾曲動作させる湾曲駆動手段と、前記湾曲部に対する湾曲動作を指示入力するための湾曲操作入力手段と、前記湾曲操作入力手段に動作抵抗を生じさせる動作抵抗手段とを有する電動湾曲内視鏡装置において、
前記動作抵抗手段は、前記湾曲操作入力手段の操作子の移動と連動し移動自在に配設される板状部材と、前記板状部材の少なくとも一部を取り囲むように、かつ前記板状部材が内部で移動自在に収納される収納体と、前記収納体によって封入される粘性流体とによって構成されていることを特徴とする電動湾曲内視鏡装置。 - 前記動作抵抗手段は、前記湾曲操作入力手段の操作子の移動と連動して移動自在に配設される円板状部材と、前記円板状部材を収納し、かつ前記円板状部材及び円板状部材の移動範囲より大きな内部空間を有する中空の略円柱状部材と、前記略円柱状部材の内部に粘性流体が封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動湾曲内視鏡装置。
- 前記動作抵抗手段は、前記湾曲操作入力手段の操作子の移動と連動して移動自在に配設される円板状部材と、前記円板状部材を収納し、かつ前記円板状部材及び円板状部材の移動範囲より大きな内部空間を有する中空の略四角柱状部材と、前記略円四角状部材の内部に粘性流体が封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動湾曲内視鏡装置。
- 前記動作抵抗手段は、前記板状部材の底面もしくは上面に形成されるV字状溝と、前記板部材の底面もしくは上面に相対する収納体の内面上に設けられ、かつ前記V字状溝に対して挿脱される突起部を少なくとも一つ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2または請求項3に記載の電動湾曲内視鏡装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか一つに記載の電動湾曲内視鏡装置において、
前記湾曲操作入力手段は、ジョイスティック方式のものであることを特徴とする電動湾曲内視鏡装置。 - 挿入部先端側に設けた湾曲部を湾曲動作させる湾曲駆動手段と、前記湾曲部に対する湾曲動作を指示入力するための湾曲操作入力手段とを有する電動湾曲内視鏡装置において、
前記湾曲操作入力手段の操作子の移動を規制する規制部材を設けたことを特徴とする電動湾曲内視鏡装置。 - 前記湾曲操作入力手段は、ジョイスティック方式のものであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動湾曲内視鏡装置。
