Abstract
【解決手段】 ガラス板1を保持体2により真空吸着して保持し、枠体6の形状に形成されたキャビティ7を有する射出成形金型3,4にガラス板1を挿入し押圧位置決めし、射出成形金型を閉じる。保持体2でガラス板1を保持しつつ、閉じられた射出成形金型のキャビティ7にフィラーを添加した樹脂を射出しガラス板1の外周部と一体化させ、樹脂が硬化した後、射出成形金型を開き枠体6が一体化されたガラス板1を取り出しガラス棚とする。

Description
即ち、樹脂にガラス板1との収縮率の差を小さくするための添加材、即ちフィラーを添加させている。このフィラーは、例えば、カルプ工業株式会社製の成形材料、形式4700Gである。この成形材料は、タルクが20%含まれたもので成形収縮率が小さい上、引っ張り、曲げ特性がよく、剛性、耐熱性、耐衝撃性に優れた特性を有している。又、この成形材料は食品用途に適用できるものでもあり、耐薬品性をも備えているものである。

Claims (6)
- ガラス板の外周部に枠体を形成するガラス棚の成形方法であって、
前記ガラス板を保持体により吸着して保持する工程と、
前記枠体の形状に形成されたキャビティを有する射出成形金型に保持された前記ガラス板を前記保持体で挿入し押圧位置決めする工程と、
前記キャビティに前記ガラス板の外周部を突き出した状態にして前記射出成形金型を閉じる工程と、
前記保持体により前記ガラス板を保持しつつ前記閉じられた射出成形金型の前記キャビティに樹脂を射出し前記ガラス板と一体化させる工程と、
射出された前記樹脂が硬化した後前記射出成形金型を開き外周部に前記樹脂が一体化した前記ガラス板を取り出す工程と
からなるガラス棚の枠体成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載されたガラス棚の枠体成形方法において、
前記ガラス棚は冷蔵庫用のガラス棚である
ことを特徴とするガラス棚の枠体成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載されたガラス棚の枠体成形方法において、
前記保持体により吸着して保持する工程は、真空圧を利用して前記ガラス板を前記保持体で保持する工程である
ことを特徴とするガラス棚の枠体成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載されたガラス棚の枠体成形方法において、
前記樹脂を射出し前記ガラス板と一体化させる工程は、前記樹脂に前記ガラスとの収縮率の差を小さくするためのフィラーを添加させて射出し前記ガラス板と一体化させる工程である
ことを特徴とするガラス棚の枠体成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載されたガラス棚の枠体成形方法において、
前記射出成形金型は射出時に金型温度を35±5℃にしている
ことを特徴とするガラス棚の枠体成形方法。 - 請求項1に記載されたガラス棚の枠体成形方法において、
前記ガラス板を前記保持体で挿入し押圧位置決めする工程は、前記射出成形金型と独立して可動可能に配置された受け体に前記ガラス板の外周縁を押圧し位置決めする工程である
ことを特徴とするガラス棚の枠体成形方法。
