Abstract
【解決手段】 熱かしめ装置1において、固定テーブル7には熱可塑性樹脂成形品から成る基体18と取付部品20をセットした下型14を固定し、また、かしめシリンダー2にはヒータ板12及びかしめピン17が取着された移動プレート9を固定する一方、製品押さえシリンダー3には挿通孔21が穿設され、更には下型14を圧接抑止する上型15が取着された押さえプレート8を固定し、続いて、かしめシリンダー2の後退限位置からタイバー16に沿って自重下降する移動プレート9を押さえプレート8と設定間隔離間する状態で、上型15が下型14に当接する当接位置まで追動させ、その後移動プレート9側が自重下降する追動手段を具備した。

Claims (1)
- 固定テーブルと、当該固定テーブルに立設したタイバーの先端に横設された固定プレートと、上記固定プレートに載置固定されたかしめシリンダー及び製品押さえシリンダーと、上記固定テーブルと固定プレート間を上下動可能な移動プレート及び押さえプレートと、外部のエアコンプレッサーからの圧縮空気に基づき上記移動プレート及び押さえプレートの上下動を制御する制御盤とから成る熱かしめ装置において、上記固定テーブルには熱かしめに当たる熱可塑性樹脂成形品から成る基体と当該基体に取付けられる取付部品がセットされた下型を固定し、また、上記かしめシリンダーのラム側には下方側にヒータ板及びかしめピンが取着された移動プレートを固定する一方、上記製品押さえシリンダーのラム側には下方側に上記かしめピンが挿通すると共に、熱かしめに当たり上記基体に形成されたボスの先端部が下方から遊挿される挿通孔が穿設され、更には下型にセットされた上記基体及び取付部品を圧接抑止する上型が取着された押さえプレートを固定し、続いて、上記かしめシリンダーの後退限位置からダイバーに沿って自重下降する移動プレートを上記押さえプレートと設定間隔離間する状態で、上記押さえプレートに固着の上型が上記固定テーブルに固着の下型に当接する当接位置まで追動させ、その後上記移動プレート側が自重下降する追動手段を具備したことを特徴とする、精密熱かしめ装置。
