Abstract
【解決手段】 内視鏡用穿刺針10は、可撓性を有するシース12と、このシース12の内側に進退自在に配置された針部材14と、この針部材14の基端部に設けられ、針部材14をシース12の軸方向に沿って進退させるワイヤ50と、シース12の手元側に接続され、ワイヤ50を操作する操作部16とを備えている。ワイヤ50は、弾性を有する金属材で形成され、ワイヤ50には、操作部16の内腔に対して摩擦を発生させ、針部材14の進退動作に抵抗力を付与する曲部50aが形成されている。

(付記項1) 可撓性を有するシースと、
前記シースの内側に進退自在に配置された針部材と、
前記針部材を進退させる針移動手段と、
シース手元側に接続された操作部と
を有する内視鏡用穿刺針において、
前記針移動手段は、弾性を有する金属材製ワイヤからなり、
前記ワイヤには、前記操作部の内腔に対して摩擦を発生させ、前記針部材の進退動作に抵抗力を付与する曲部が設けられていることを特徴とする内視鏡用穿刺針。
前記シースの内側に進退自在に配置された針部材と、
前記針部材を進退させる操作ワイヤと、
前記シースの先端部に設けられ、前記針部材の鋭利部分を保護する保護手段と、
前記針部材の先端側および基端側にそれぞれ少なくとも1つ設けられた開口部と、
前記シースの基端部に設けられ、前記シースおよび前記針部材の内腔に対して流体が出入りする操作口金と
を有する内視鏡用穿刺針において、
前記ワイヤは、ストレート部分と、弾性を有する曲部とを備え、
前記曲部は、前記操作口金の内腔と摺動抵抗を発生させ、前記針部材の移動時に抵抗力を付与することを特徴とする内視鏡用穿刺針。
Claims (4)
- 可撓性を有するシースと、
前記シースの内側に進退自在に配置された針部材と、
前記針部材の基端部に設けられ、前記針部材を前記シースの軸方向に沿って進退させる針移動手段と、
前記シースの手元側に接続され、前記針移動手段を操作する操作部と
を有する内視鏡用穿刺針において、
前記針移動手段は、弾性を有する金属材製ワイヤからなり、
前記ワイヤには、前記操作部の内周面に対して摩擦を発生させ、前記針部材の進退動作に抵抗力を付与する曲部が設けられていることを特徴とする内視鏡用穿刺針。 - 可撓性を有するシースと、
前記シースの内側に前記シースの軸方向に沿って進退自在に配置された管状の針部材と、
前記針部材の基端部に設けられ、自身の進退とともに前記針部材を進退させる操作ワイヤと、
前記シースの先端部に設けられ、前記針部材の鋭利部分を保護する保護手段と、
前記針部材の先端部および基端部にそれぞれ設けられ、前記針部材の内部と外部とに気体を出入りさせる開口部と、
前記シースの基端部に設けられ、前記シースおよび前記針部材の内腔に対して流体を出し入れする操作口金と
を具備し、
前記ワイヤは、ストレート部分と、弾性を有する曲部とを備えていることを特徴とする内視鏡用穿刺針。 - 前記曲部は、1箇所ないし3箇所有することを特徴とする請求項1もしくは請求項2に記載の内視鏡用穿刺針。
- 可撓性を有するシースと、
前記シースの内側に進退自在に配置された針部材と、
前記針部材の基端に設けられ、前記針部材を前記シースの軸方向に沿って進退させる針移動手段と、
前記シースの手元側に接続され、前記針移動手段を操作する操作部と、
前記針移動手段の基端側に設けられ、前記操作部の内壁を押圧するように設けられた弾性部と、
前記弾性部の先端側空間と基端側空間とを結ぶ空間と
を有することを特徴とする内視鏡用穿刺針。
