Abstract
【解決手段】タービンケーシングのフランジ2を含むターボ過給機のタービンケーシング、触媒コンバータの一部としての触媒フランジ3、シール5を介在してタービンケーシングのフランジ及び触媒フランジ3を互いに固定する接続手段4を備えたターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体1に、耐熱弾性材料の絶縁層6を接続手段4と、タービンケーシングのフランジ2及び触媒フランジ3との間に配置する。

Description
しかし、このような組立体においては、車両内部において好ましくない高い音響圧力レベルに関する問題が生じる。それは、触媒フランジとタービンケーシングのフランジとの間の振動伝播によるものである。
タービンケーシングのフランジと触媒コンバータのフランジとの間で耐熱弾性材料を使用すること、ならびに両フランジを固定する接続手段を使用することによって、本発明に基づいて排気ガスターボ過給機と触媒コンバータとの間の振動伝播を相当程度まで低減することができる。
従属項は、本発明の有利な展開に言及している。
本発明のさらなる詳細、利点、特徴は添付図面を参照して本発明の下記の記載から明らかになる。
触媒コンバータは全体として図面に詳細には示されていないが、触媒フランジ3によって代表されている。シール5は、タービンケーシングのフランジ2と触媒フランジ3との間に配置される。
絶縁層6は、ここでは、フランジ2と3との間の距離を橋渡しするように、配置され、また、絶縁層6が接続手段4とフランジ2、3との間に配置される。
絶縁層6は、例えば、接続手段4とタービンケーシング及び触媒コンバータの両フランジの接触面との間に挿入された寸法的に不安定な織物状材料からなる。
好ましくは、絶縁層6の材料は、商品名「ZETEX」の下で入手できる高温絶縁材料でもよい。
触媒コンバータの他の部分は本発明の原理を説明するために必要ではないので、ここでは図示されていない。

Claims (6)
- タービンケーシングのフランジ(2)を含むターボ過給機のタービンケーシングと、
触媒コンバータの一部としての触媒フランジ(3)、
シール(5)を介在して前記タービンケーシングのフランジ及び前記触媒フランジ(3)を互いに固定する接続手段(4)と、
を備えたターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体(1)であって、
耐熱弾性材料の絶縁層(6)が、前記接続手段(4)と、前記タービンケーシングのフランジ(2)及び前記触媒フランジ(3)との間に配置されていることを特徴としたターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体(1)。 - 前記絶縁層(6)は、前記タービンケーシングのフランジ(2)と前記触媒フランジ(3)との間の前記接続手段(4)を介しての金属接触を遮断することを特徴とした請求項1に記載のターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体。
- 前記絶縁層(6)はフランジ接続の事前成形形体を有することを特徴とした請求項2に記載のターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体。
- 前記絶縁層(6)の材料が高温絶縁材料であることを特徴とした請求項1−3の任意の一項に記載のターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体。
- 前記接続手段(4)はクリップとして成形されていることを特徴とした請求項1−4の任意の一項に記載のターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体。
- 前記絶縁層が2つの部分に分割されていることを特徴とした請求項1−5の任意の一項に記載のターボ過給機−触媒コンバータ組立体。
