Abstract
本发明涉及一种涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件(1),它包括该涡轮增压器的一个涡轮壳体,该涡轮增压器则包括一个涡轮壳体法兰(2)。另外,该组件(1)还包括作为该催化转换器一部分的一个催化剂法兰(3)和将该涡轮壳体法兰与该催化剂法兰(3)互相固定,中间放置一个密封(5)的一个连接装置(4)。其特征为,在该连接装置(4)和该涡轮壳体法兰(2)与该催化剂法兰(3)之间放置一个耐热的弹性性材料制成的绝热层(6)。

发明领域
本发明涉及一种涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件。
背景技术
在DE 699 13149 T2中给出了表示一个涡轮增压器和一个或几个催化转换器之间的组合的一个例子。每当在这种组件中,将该涡轮增压器与该催化转换器连接时,所述连接是借助于适当的连接装置,通过一催化剂法兰和一涡轮壳体法兰建立的。在该二个法兰之间插入一密封装置。
然而,在这种组件中,在车辆内部产生了不希望高的声压强度问题,这是由于在该催化剂法兰和该涡轮壳体法兰之间的振动传递所引起的。
发明概述
因此,本发明的目的是要提供一种可将车辆内部的声压强度降低至一个相当程度的涡轮增压器/催化转换器组件,包括:一个包括涡轮壳体法兰的该涡轮增压器的涡轮壳体;一个作为该催化转换器的一部分的催化剂法兰;和一个将该涡轮壳体法兰和该催化剂法兰其间插入一密封件互相固定的连接装置;具有由设置在该连接装置和该涡轮壳体法兰与该催化剂法兰之间的耐热弹性材料制成的绝热层。
由于在涡轮壳体和催化转换器的法兰之间使用耐热的弹性材料和使用固定该法兰的连接装置,因此,根据本发明,可以将废气涡轮增压器和催化转换器之间的振动传输减少至相当程度。
在本发明范围内进行的研究表明,利用这种方法,可以将车辆内部的声压强度降低至少6dB。
本发明的最优发展包括该绝热层通过该连接装置中断该涡轮壳体法兰和该催化剂法兰之间的金属接触;该绝热层具有该法兰连接装置的预成形的形式;该绝热层的材料为一种高温绝热材料;该连接装置被作成一夹子;该绝热层可被分开为二个部分。

优选实施例说明
图1为一个涡轮增压器/催化转换器组件1的示意性简化图。所述组件1包括一个涡轮壳体法兰2,该法兰为图中没有更详细表示的涡轮增压器的涡轮壳体的一部分。不消说,所述涡轮增压器包括所有其他的标准零件,例如涡轮、压缩机叶轮相应的壳体和带有支承该涡轮增压器的轮的轴承组件的轴承壳体。
在该图中,也没有更详细地表示整个催化转换器,而只是用一个催化剂法兰3代表。一个密封件5放置该涡轮壳体法兰2和该催化剂法兰3之间。
根据本发明,还设有由耐热弹性材料制成的一个绝热层6。图1表示该绝热层6与最好为夹子形式的连接装置4一起,可将该二个法兰2和3互相固定,中间放入该绝热层6。
该绝热层放置成跨过该法兰2和3之间的距离,并且放置在连接装置4和法兰2与3之间。
该绝热层6由尺寸不稳定的薄棉纸状的材料制成,它插入在该连接装置4和涡轮壳体与催化剂转换器的二个法兰的接触表面之间。
然而,该绝热层6的材料也可以用尽可能精确地模仿该二个法兰2和3的外形的方式预先成形。甚至可以将该绝热层6分开。分开的平面可以位于中心,或者轴向在该法兰2和3(图2)之间,或径向在法兰2和3的圆周上(图3)。
最好该绝热层6的材料可以为以“ZETEX”名字销售的一种高温绝热材料。
由于为了说明本发明的原理,不需要该催化剂转换器的其他零件,因此图中没有示出。

Claims (6)
1.一种涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件(1),包括:
包括涡轮壳体法兰(2)的该涡轮增压器的一个涡轮壳体;
作为该催化转换器的一部分的一个催化转换器法兰(3);和
将该涡轮壳体法兰和该催化转换器法兰(3)互相固定的一个连接装置(4),且该涡轮壳体法兰和该催化转换器法兰(3)之间插入一密封件(5);
其特征为,具有由设置在该连接装置(4)和该涡轮壳体法兰(2)与该催化转换器法兰(3)之间的耐热弹性材料制成的绝热层(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件,其特征为,该绝热层(6)中断该涡轮壳体法兰(2)和该催化转换器法兰(3)之间的通过该连接装置(4)的金属接触。
3.如权利要求2所述的涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件,其特征为,该绝热层(6)具有该涡轮壳体法兰和该催化转换器法兰的预成形的形式。
4.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件,其特征为,该绝热层(6)的材料为一种高温绝热材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件,其特征为,该连接装置(4)被作成一夹子。
6.如权利要求1~5中任何一条所述的涡轮增压器-催化转换器组件,其特征为,该绝热层可被分开为二个部分。
