Abstract
【解決手段】 樹脂チューブの構成層のうち主要樹脂層と、該主要樹脂層同士の接着を目的とする接着樹脂層との間に、双方に対して接着親和性を有する樹脂からなる中間層を介在させる。

Description
図1は、本発明を4層の樹脂層をもった樹脂チューブに適用した実施形態の横断面を示す図である。
この第1実施形態の樹脂チューブは、外層の第1層がポリアミド11からなる熱可塑性樹脂層と、第2層が接着樹脂層と、第3層のポリアミド11からなる中間層と、最内層の第4層が機能樹脂としてETFE(エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン)を用いた機能樹脂層と、からなる4層構造の樹脂チューブである。
図2は、本発明を6層の樹脂層をもった樹脂チューブに適用した実施形態の横断面を示す図である。
この第2実施形態の樹脂チューブは、外層の第1層がポリアミド12からなる熱可塑性樹脂層と、第2層が接着樹脂層と、第3層の機能樹脂層と、第4層の接着樹脂層と、第5層の中間層、第6層の機能樹脂層と、からなる6層構造の樹脂チューブである。
Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を材料とする複数の樹脂層からなる多層構造を有する樹脂チューブにおいて、
樹脂チューブの構成層のうち主要樹脂層と、該主要樹脂層同士の接着を目的とする接着樹脂層との間に、その双方に対して接着親和性を有する樹脂からなる中間層を介在させたことを特徴とする多層樹脂チューブ。 - 熱可塑性樹脂を材料とする複数の樹脂層からなる多層構造を有する樹脂チューブにおいて、
最外側樹脂層と、特定の性質を強化した一層以上の機能樹脂層と、内外両側にある機能性樹脂層の一方に対して接着性の相性が良くない樹脂からなる接着樹脂層と、を有し、
前記接着樹脂層と、接着性の相性が良くない機能性樹脂層の間に、その双方に対して接着親和性を有する樹脂からなる中間層を介在させたことを特徴とする多層樹脂チューブ。 - 前記中間層は、ポリアミドを基材とする熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記中間層は、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12のいずれかの樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記中間層は、ポリアミド6とオレフィン系のエラストマーとの共重合体からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記中間層は、ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンを基材とする熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記接着層は、アミド基を有する熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記機能性樹脂層は、アミド基を有する熱可塑性樹脂と接着性の相性の良くない、ポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)、エチレンビニルアルコール(EvOH)、、PBN(ポリブチレンナフタレート)、エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン(ETFE)のいずれかの樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
