发明领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车供油道的树脂管,更具体地说,涉及一种包括具有更高粘结性的树脂层的多层树脂管。
背景技术
一直以来,一般都用金属管做汽车上的燃油管。为提高金属管的耐蚀性和耐化学性,它们一般都经电镀或涂有一层树脂膜。
近来,已用树脂管代替金属管作供油道。树脂管有许多超过金属管的优点。树脂管不会生锈、容易加工、质轻且能提高设计自由度。
聚酰胺树脂是大量用来制造供油道的热塑性树脂。聚酰胺树脂具有优良的耐化学性和耐热性,且是成型供油道的合适材料。
近来,已经发展了功能性更好的3层、5层和6层管。多层树脂管包括分别具有更好特定功能的功能树脂层,如对燃油具有低渗透率的低渗透率树脂层、具有高冲击强度的耐冲击树脂层和能输送电流的导电树脂层。由于多层树脂管的这些功能树脂层分别由不同类型的树脂制成,因此相邻功能树脂层需要用具有高粘结性的胶粘剂层粘结在一起。在一种有一层由聚酰胺树脂制成的外层、一层低渗透率树脂层和一层导电树脂层的多层树脂管中,由聚酰胺树脂制成的外层和低渗透率树脂层要用胶粘剂层粘结在一起,才能使这些树脂层不会分离。
有许多种分别由各种树脂制成的功能树脂层。某些胶粘剂树脂对一些树脂具有高粘结性,而对另一些树脂具有低粘结性。因此最好发展一种能对多种树脂都有高粘结性的胶粘剂树脂。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是要解决先有技术中的问题并提供一种包含多个树脂层的多层树脂管,所述多层包括一层功能树脂层和一层能以高粘结强度将该功能树脂层与紧挨该功能树脂层的树脂层粘结在一起的胶粘剂树脂层,不管该胶粘剂树脂层对功能树脂层的粘结亲和性如何。
本发明提供一种多层树脂管,它包括分别由热塑性树脂制成的多个树脂层,包括至少一层具有高特定性能的特定功能树脂层;一层把该特定功能树脂层与紧挨该特定功能树脂层的树脂层粘结在一起的胶粘剂层;以及一层介于该特定功能树脂层和紧挨该特定功能树脂层的树脂层之间且对该特定功能树脂层和紧挨该特定功能树脂层的树脂层都具有粘结亲和力的中间层。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,紧挨特定功能树脂层的树脂层可以是一层功能树脂层。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,紧挨特定功能树脂层的树脂层可以是一层外树脂层。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,特定功能树脂层可以是一层燃油难以渗透过的低渗透率树脂层。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,特定功能树脂层可以是一层具有高冲击强度的耐冲击树脂层。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,特定功能树脂层可以是一层具有电导率的导电树脂层。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,中间层可以由含聚酰胺树脂为基础树脂的热塑性树脂制成。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,中间层可以由聚酰胺6、聚酰胺11或聚酰胺12制成。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,中间层可以由聚酰胺6和烯烃弹性体的共聚物制成。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,中间层可以由含聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂为基础树脂的热塑性树脂制成。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,胶粘剂层可以由含酰胺基的热塑性树脂制成。
在按照本发明的多层树脂管内,特定功能树脂层可以由下列树脂之一制成:聚苯硫醚树脂(PPS)、乙烯-乙烯醇树脂(EvOH)、聚萘二羧酸丁二醇酯树脂(PBN)和乙烯四氟乙烯树脂(ETFE),且与含酰胺基的热塑性树脂的粘结亲合性不好。
按照本发明的多层树脂管可以用作汽车燃油管。
按照本发明,胶粘剂层能以高粘结强度将功能树脂层和紧挨功能树脂层的树脂层粘结在一起,尽管胶粘剂层与功能树脂层的粘结亲合性不好。

第一实施方案
图1以截面图示意本发明第一实施方案中的多层树脂管。如图1所示,该多层树脂管是一种4层树脂管,它含有一层由聚酰胺11(PA 11)制成的第一层即热塑性塑料树脂外层、一层第二层即胶粘剂树脂层、一层由聚酰胺11制成的第三层即中间层,以及一层由乙烯四氟乙烯(ETFE)树脂制成的第四层,即功能树脂层。
第二层,即胶粘剂层,由含酰胺基的热塑性树脂如PA 11、PA 12或PA 6制成。含酰胺基的热塑性树脂,即PA 11、PA 12或PA 6与由PA 11制成的第一层具有高粘结性,但与由ETFE制成的第四层即功能树脂层的粘结亲合性不好,并与第四层具有不良的粘结性。
由PA 11制成的第三层,即中间层,介于由热塑性树脂制成的第二层和由ETFE制成的第四层即功能树脂层之间。由PA 11制成的第三层与第二层,即胶粘剂树脂层和第四层,即功能树脂层都有很好的粘结亲合力。因此第二层和第四层被由PA 11制成的第三层满意地粘结在一起。
作为形成第三层即中间层的基础树脂的聚酰胺树脂是PA 11、PA12或PA 6。当用PA 6作基础树脂时,形成第三层的树脂可含烯烃弹性体,以提高多层树脂管的耐冲击性。除聚酰胺树脂外可能的其它树脂包括聚丙烯树脂(PP)和聚乙烯树脂(PE)。
第二实施方案
图2以截面图示意本发明第二实施方案中的多层树脂管。如图2所示,该多层树脂管是一种6层树脂管,它含有一层由PA 12制成的第一层即热塑性树脂外层,一层第二层即胶粘剂树脂层、一层第三层即功能树脂层、一层第四层即胶粘剂树脂层、一层第五层即中间层和一层第六层即功能树脂层。
表1示意形成实施例1、2和3中多层树脂管的第一至第六层可能的树脂组合。
在实施例1的多层树脂管内,第二层和第四层,即胶粘剂层,由含酰胺基的热塑性树脂如PA 11、PA 12或PA 6制成。这些热塑性树脂,即PA 11、PA 12或PA 6,对由PA 12制成的第一层和由PPS制成的第三层都具有良好的粘结亲合力,而对于由ETFE制成的第六层,粘结亲合力不好。由PA 12制成且对第四层和第六层都有良好粘结亲合力的第五层在第四层与第六层之间形成。
在实施例2中的多层树脂管内,第四层即胶粘剂层对形成第三层的EvOH具有良好的粘结亲合力,而对形成第六层的ETFE,粘结亲合力不好。第五层对第四层和第六层都有良好的粘结亲合力。
因此,即使胶粘剂层都由同类胶粘剂树脂制成,用来形成功能层的树脂也可以从很多树脂中选择,不管形成胶粘剂树脂层的树脂类型如何。

5.按照权利要求1的多层树脂管,其中特定功能树脂层是一层具有高冲击强度的耐冲击树脂层。
6.按照权利要求1的多层树脂管,其中特定功能树脂层是一层具有电导率的导电树脂层。
7.按照权利要求1的多层树脂管,其中中间层由含聚酰胺树脂为基础树脂的热塑性树脂制成。
8.按照权利要求7的多层树脂管,其中中间层由聚酰胺6、聚酰胺11或聚酰胺12制成。
9.按照权利要求7的多层树脂管,其中中间层由聚酰胺6和烯烃弹性体的共聚物制成。
10.按照权利要求1的多层树脂管,其中中间层由含聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂为基础树脂的热塑性树脂制成。
11.按照权利要求1的多层树脂管,其中胶粘剂树脂层由含酰胺基的热塑性树脂制成。
12.按照权利要求1的多层树脂管,其中特定功能树脂层由下列树脂之一制成:聚苯硫醚树脂、乙烯-乙烯醇树脂、聚萘二羧酸丁二醇酯树脂和乙烯四氟乙烯树脂,且对带酰胺基的热塑性树脂层的粘结亲合性不好。
13.按照权利要求1的多层树脂管,拟用作汽车燃油管。
