Abstract
【解決手段】
スピンドル25と,スピンドル25を回転可能に支持するスピンドルハウジング26と,スピンドル25の先端部に装着される切削ブレード22と,スピンドル25に設けられスピンドル25を超音波振動させる電歪振動子33とを備え,電歪振動子33からスピンドル25を介して伝達される超音波振動の伝達方向を変換し,切削ブレード22を径方向に超音波振動させて,被加工物を切削する超音波振動切削装置が提供される。この超音波振動切削装置は,電歪振動子33が設けられたスピンドル25に対して非接触で電力を供給する非接触給電装置50を備えることを特徴とする。

- スピンドルと,前記スピンドルを回転可能に支持するスピンドルハウジングと,前記スピンドルの先端部に装着される切削ブレードと,前記スピンドルに設けられ前記スピンドルを超音波振動させる電歪振動子とを備え,前記電歪振動子から前記スピンドルを介して伝達される超音波振動の伝達方向を変換し,前記切削ブレードを径方向に超音波振動させて被加工物を切削する超音波振動切削装置において:
前記電歪振動子が設けられた前記スピンドルに対して非接触で電力を供給する非接触給電装置を備えることを特徴とする,超音波振動切削装置。 - 前記非接触給電装置は,
前記スピンドルハウジングに連結される略円筒状の一次側トランスと;
前記スピンドルに連結され,前記一次側トランスの内部に所定間隔離隔して配置される略円柱状の二次側トランスと;
を備え,
前記一次側トランスの内周面と前記二次側トランスの外周面とは,前記スピンドルの軸方向と略平行に対面することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の超音波振動切削装置。 - 前記スピンドルハウジングは,空気圧によって前記スピンドルを非接触で支持するエアベアリングを備えることを特徴とする,請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の超音波振動切削装置。
