Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の磁気式位置検出装置1は、異なる磁極5を交互に配置した着磁面3に対向して配置され、着磁面3の磁界強度に応じた電流を出力する複数の磁気抵抗素子+A1〜+A4、−A1〜−A4、+B1〜+B4、−B1〜−B4からなる一方及び他方の磁気抵抗回路A、Bと、各磁気抵抗回路A、Bに設けた電力供給端子Vccと、出力端子+A0、+B0、−A0、−B0とを備え、一方及び他方の磁気抵抗回路A、Bは各々磁気抵抗素子+A1〜+A4、−A1〜−A4、+B1〜+B4、−B1〜−B4が直列に接続してあり且つ各磁気抵抗素子の電流通路を互いに平行になるように櫛歯状に配置し、一方の磁気抵抗回路Aの磁気抵抗素子+A2、+A3間に他方の磁気抵抗回路Bの磁気抵抗素子+B2、+B1が配置してある。

Claims (4)
- 異なる磁極を交互に配置した着磁面に対向して配置され、着磁面の磁界強度に応じた電流を出力する複数の磁気抵抗素子からなる一方及び他方の磁気抵抗回路と、各磁気抵抗回路に設けた電力供給端子と、出力端子とを備え、一方及び他方の磁気抵抗回路は各々磁気抵抗素子が直列に接続してあり且つ各磁気抵抗素子の電流通路を互いに平行になるように櫛歯状に配置し、一方の磁気抵抗回路の磁気抵抗素子間に他方の磁気抵抗回路の磁気抵抗素子が配置してあることを特徴とする磁気式位置検出装置。
- 一方及び他方の磁気抵抗回路うちの少なくとも一方の磁気抵抗回路を構成する磁気抵抗素子は基準磁気抵抗素子と基準磁気抵抗素子から(λ/n)又は(λ/2m)ずらして配置した補正用磁気抵抗素子を有し、λは着磁面の磁極の並び方向における磁極の巾であり、nは0を除く偶数、mは1を除く奇数であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁気式位置検出装置。
- 一方の磁気抵抗回路と他方の磁気抵抗回路とは、出力波形の位相差を90°ずらしていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の磁気式位置検出装置。
- 各磁気抵抗素子間を直列に接続する部分は導電材料により接続してあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の磁気式位置検出装置。
