Abstract
【解決手段】 船外機における内燃機関の吸気装置は、シリンダ20,21群の各シリンダ20,21から延出する主吸気管33と、これら各主吸気管33の延出端部から延出する第1分岐管34と、各主吸気管33の延出端部から延出する第2分岐管35と、これら第2分岐管35の上流側端部を開閉可能とする開閉弁36とを備えている。第1分岐管34の長さを第2分岐管35のそれよりも長くする。大気に連通する第1サージタンク37を設ける。第1サージタンク37に上記各第1分岐管34の延出端部をそれぞれ連結する。第1サージタンク37とは別個に形成される第2サージタンク40を設ける。第2サージタンク40に上記各第2分岐管35の延出端部をそれぞれ連結する。

Description
上記第1分岐管34の長さを上記第2分岐管35のそれよりも長くし、大気に連通する第1サージタンク37を設け、この第1サージタンク37に上記各第1分岐管34の延出端部をそれぞれ連結し、上記第1サージタンク37とは別個に形成される第2サージタンク40を設け、この第2サージタンク40に上記各第2分岐管35の延出端部をそれぞれ連結したものである。
上記クランク軸19の軸心17に沿って延びこの軸心17と上記左、右シリンダ20,21群の間とを通る仮想平面43の各外側方に、上記第2サージタンク40を振り分け配置し、これら第2サージタンク40を互いに連通させたものである。
上記第1分岐管の長さを上記第2分岐管のそれよりも長くし、大気に連通する第1サージタンクを設け、この第1サージタンクに上記各第1分岐管の延出端部をそれぞれ連結し、上記第1サージタンクとは別個に形成される第2サージタンクを設け、この第2サージタンクに上記各第2分岐管の延出端部をそれぞれ連結している。
上記クランク軸の軸心に沿って延びこの軸心と上記左、右シリンダ群の間とを通る仮想平面の各外側方に、上記第2サージタンクを振り分け配置している。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関が有するシリンダ群の各シリンダから延出する主吸気管と、これら各主吸気管の延出端部から延出してその延出端部側が大気に連通する第1分岐管と、上記各主吸気管の延出端部から延出する第2分岐管と、これら第2分岐管の上流側端部を開閉可能とする開閉弁とを備えた船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置において、
上記第1分岐管の長さを上記第2分岐管のそれよりも長くし、大気に連通する第1サージタンクを設け、この第1サージタンクに上記各第1分岐管の延出端部をそれぞれ連結し、上記第1サージタンクとは別個に形成される第2サージタンクを設け、この第2サージタンクに上記各第2分岐管の延出端部をそれぞれ連結したことを特徴とする船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記内燃機関が左、右シリンダ群を有する多シリンダV型である船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置において、
上記クランク軸の軸心に沿って延びこの軸心と上記左、右シリンダ群の間とを通る仮想平面の各外側方に、上記第2サージタンクを振り分け配置し、これら第2サージタンクを互いに連通させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記第2サージタンクを基準として上記内燃機関とは反対側に上記第1サージタンクを配置し、この第1サージタンクの内部をスロットル弁を通し大気に連通させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記第1、第2サージタンクの間の空間に補機を配置したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 平面視で、上記第1分岐管と第2サージタンクのそれぞれ少なくとも一部分が互いに重なるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記第1分岐管を主吸気管よりも低く配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の船外機における多シリンダ内燃機関の吸気装置。
