Abstract
【解決手段】ガイド穴34を中央に有する胴部33と、該胴部の周縁に形成して屈曲部36で一側へ折り曲げた複数のアーム部32と、該アーム部と反対側に折り曲げたスプリング係止部31とを具備する管継手1の板金バルブ爪30において、アーム部32の本数を2本とする。アーム部32の先端部の幅を前記屈曲部36より広く形成するとともに、胴部とアーム部が成す内角θの大きさは、前記板金バルブ爪を前記管継手に装着した際にほぼ90°となるように設定する。また、アーム部の先端近傍と屈曲部との間に位置して前記アーム部の長手方向に沿って形成されたリブ35aや、胴部33のガイド穴の周縁をアーム部の折り曲げ方向またはそれと反対方向に延ばした絞り部35cによる補強構造を設ける。

Claims (8)
- バルブ軸の一端が貫通するガイド穴を中央に有する胴部と、
前記胴部の周縁に形成して屈曲部で一側へ折り曲げた複数のアーム部と、
前記アーム部と反対側に折り曲げたスプリング係止部とを具備する管継手の板金バルブ爪において、
前記アーム部の本数を2本としたことを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記アーム部の先端部の幅は、前記屈曲部の幅より広く形成されることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1または2に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記胴部と前記アーム部が成す内角の大きさは、前記板金バルブ爪を前記管継手に装着した際にほぼ90°となることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記アーム部と前記胴部の少なくとも一方に補強構造を設けたことを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項4に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記補強構造は、前記アーム部の先端近傍と前記屈曲部との間に位置して、前記アーム部の長手方向に沿って形成されたリブであることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項4に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記補強構造は、前記アーム部の先端近傍と前記胴部の一部までの間に位置して、前記アーム部の長手方向に沿って形成されたリブであることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項4に記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記補強構造は、前記ガイド穴の周縁を延ばした絞り部であることを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の板金バルブ爪において、
前記アーム部の先端に、逃げ部を設けたことを特徴とする板金バルブ爪。
