Abstract
【解決手段】金属層を金属製の対象物に溶接する方法であって、結合領域への熱導入が金属製の対象物の、金属層とは反対側から少なくとも部分的に対象物を通して金属層に向かって行なわれる方法において、金属製の対象物の金属層を有する側にて、溶接過程をコントロールするためにピロメータを用いて金属層の温度変化を検出すること。

Claims (9)
- 金属層(16)を金属製の対象物に、特に貴金属層を点火プラグの電極に溶接する方法であって結合領域(18)への熱導入が当該金属製の対象物(12)の、前記金属層(16)とは反対側から少なくとも部分的に該対象物(12)を通して前記金属層(16)に向かって行なわれる方法において、当該金属製の対象物(12)の、前記金属層(16)を有する側にて、溶接過程をコントロールするために前記金属層(16)の温度をピロメータ(20)を用いて検出することを特徴とする、金属層を金属製の対象物に溶接する方法。
- 溶接をレーザー溶接で行なう、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記金属層(16)を少なくとも部分面にて完全には溶融しない、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 溶接をほぼ、当該対象物(12)の周面に沿って行なう、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱導入の間熱源(14)が、金属製の当該対象物(12)の表面上で第1の並進運動を行ないかつピロメータ(20)がほぼ同期的に第2の並進的な運動を行ない、第1の並進的な運動が第2の並進的な運動に対し、金属製の当該対象物(12)が常に熱源(14)とピロメータ(20)との間に位置する形式で行なわれる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱導入を熱源(14)とピロメータ(20)との間の仮想線に沿って行なう、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 熱源のエネルギ出力を前記金属層の検出された温度に関連して制御する、請求項1形6までいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の並進的な運動をピロメータ(20)で検出された前記金属層(16)の温度に関連して行なう、請求項5記載の方法。
- ピロメータ(20)のフォーカスに位置する金属層(16)の表面部分の温度が供託された最低温度を有していない間は第1の並進的な運動を行なわない、請求項8記載の方法。
