Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジン50に取り付けられたエアクリーナ22とこのエンジン50の排気ポート61との間に設けられ、二次空気制御弁101と、リード弁102と、エアクリーナ22、二次空気制御弁101、及び、リード弁102とを繋いでエアクリーナ22から排気ポート61に空気を供給する二次空気供給通路(第1二次空気供給管114及び第2二次空気供給管115)とを有する二次空気供給装置100を、側面視において、エアクリーナ22、二次空気制御弁101、及び、リード弁102が略同一直線上に配設されるように構成する。

Claims (5)
- エンジンに取り付けられたエアクリーナと前記エンジンの排気ポートとの間に設けられ、二次空気制御弁と、リード弁と、前記エアクリーナ、前記二次空気制御弁、及び、前記リード弁を繋いで前記エアクリーナから前記排気ポートに空気を供給する二次空気供給通路とを有し、
側面視において、前記エアクリーナ、前記二次空気制御弁、及び、前記リード弁が略同一直線上に配設されて構成されていることを特徴とする二次空気供給装置。 - 前記エアクリーナ、前記二次空気制御弁、及び、前記リード弁が、前記エンジンのシリンダ軸線に対して一方の側部に配設されるとともに、平面視において略同一直線上に配設されて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次空気供給装置。
- 前記二次空気供給通路は、前記エアクリーナと前記二次空気制御弁と前記リード弁とを結ぶ直線上に配設されて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次空気供給装置。
- 前記二次空気制御弁は、側面視において、
前記エンジンのシリンダの上方で、且つ、前記エンジンの変速機ケースの前部から前方に延びる冷却風導入通路の上方に配設されて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次空気供給装置。 - 前記シリンダの側部上面にカムチェーンテンショナが配設され、
前記二次空気制御弁が、前記カムチェーンテンショナの側方に配設されて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次空気供給装置。
