Abstract
【解決手段】 電池用ケースAは、金属から成る底板2と、底板2の上面に取着されたセラミック枠体1と、セラミック枠体1の上面に接合された金属から成る蓋体3とを具備しており、セラミック枠体1は、上面に全周にわたって形成された第一の導体層1bおよび下面に全周にわたって形成された第二の導体層1cと、セラミック枠体1の下面の外周部に第二の導体層1cと電気的に独立して形成された電極1dと、電極1dにロウ付けされた外部接続端子5と、第一の導体層1bから電極1dにかけて形成された接続導体4とを有しており、底板2は、第二の導体層1cを介してセラミック枠体1に取着され、蓋体3は、第一の導体層1bを介してセラミック枠体1に接合されている。

Description
本発明の電池Bは、上記の電池用ケースAと、底板2の上面に載置されて底板2に電気的に接続された正電極板B−1と、この正電極板B−1の上面に電解液B−4を含浸した多孔質の絶縁シートB−3を介して密着するように載置されるとともに蓋体3に当接されて電気的に接続された負電極板B−2とを具備している。

Claims (8)
- 金属から成る底板と、該底板の上面に取着されたセラミック枠体と、該セラミック枠体の上面に接合された金属から成る蓋体とを具備しており、前記セラミック枠体は、上面に全周にわたって形成された第一の導体層および下面に全周にわたって形成された第二の導体層と、前記セラミック枠体の下面の外周部に前記第二の導体層と電気的に独立して形成された電極と、該電極にロウ付けされた外部接続端子と、前記第一の導体層から前記電極にかけて形成された接続導体とを有しており、前記底板は、前記第二の導体層を介して前記セラミック枠体に取着され、前記蓋体は、前記第一の導体層を介して前記セラミック枠体に接合されていることを特徴とする電池用ケース。
- 前記底板は、前記セラミック枠体に取着される側の面にアルミニウム層が形成されているとともに、前記セラミック枠体に取着される部位に形成されたアルミニウム−ニッケル合金層またはアルミニウム層とそれに接合された前記第二の導体層とを介して前記セラミック枠体に取着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池用ケース。
- 前記蓋体は、前記セラミック枠体に取着される側の面にアルミニウム層が形成されているとともに、前記セラミック枠体に取着される部位に形成されたアルミニウム−ニッケル合金層またはアルミニウム層とそれに接合された前記第一の導体層とを介して前記セラミック枠体に取着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電池用ケース。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の電池用ケースと、前記底板の上面に載置されて前記底板に電気的に接続された正電極板と、該正電極板上に電解液を含浸した絶縁シートを介して密着するように載置されるとともに前記蓋体に電気的に接続された負電極板とを具備していることを特徴とする電池。
- 金属から成る底板と、該底板の上面に取着されたセラミック枠体と、該セラミック枠体の上面に接合された金属から成る蓋体とを具備しており、前記セラミック枠体は、上面に全周にわたって形成された第一の導体層および下面に全周にわたって形成された第二の導体層と、前記セラミック枠体の下面の外周部に前記第二の導体層と電気的に独立して形成された電極と、該電極にロウ付けされた外部接続端子と、前記第一の導体層から前記電極にかけて形成された接続導体とを有しており、前記底板は、前記第二の導体層を介して前記セラミック枠体に取着され、前記蓋体は、前記第一の導体層を介して前記セラミック枠体に接合されていることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ用ケース。
- 前記底板は、前記セラミック枠体に取着される側の面にアルミニウム層が形成されているとともに、前記セラミック枠体に取着される部位に形成されたアルミニウム−ニッケル合金層またはアルミニウム層とそれに接合された前記第二の導体層とを介して前記セラミック枠体に取着されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用ケース。
- 前記蓋体は、前記セラミック枠体に取着される側の面にアルミニウム層が形成されているとともに、前記セラミック枠体に取着される部位に形成されたアルミニウム−ニッケル合金層またはアルミニウム層とそれに接合された前記第一の導体層とを介して前記セラミック枠体に取着されていることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用ケース。
- 請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の電気二重層キャパシタ用ケースと、前記底板の上面に載置されて前記底板に電気的に接続された第一の電極と、該第一の電極上に電解液を含浸したセパレータを介して密着するように載置されるとともに前記蓋体に電気的に接続された第二の電極とを具備していることを特徴とする電気二重層キャパシタ。
