Abstract
Description
以下に示す合成方法を用いて、化合物No.1、2、6、8、15、16、17、18、19、22、23、31の六フッ化リン塩をそれぞれ合成した(実施例1−1〜1−12)。得られた化合物についての収率及び分析結果を表1及び2に示す。得られた化合物は、表1及び2に示したIR及びH1−NMRの結果から、いずれも目的物であることを確認した。
なお、表1において、光学特性(λmax及びε)は、9.22×10-6モル/リットル濃度のクロロホルム溶液で測定した結果であり、融点は、10℃/分の昇温速度における示差熱分析のDTAの融点吸収ピークの開始温度である。
反応フラスコに、クロロホルム30ml及びホルムアミド誘導体103ミリモルを仕込み、4℃でオキシ塩化リン15ミリモルを加えた後、4℃で1時間攪拌した。2−メチル複素環誘導体12.7ミリモルを4℃で加えた後、70℃に昇温して2時間攪拌した。この反応溶液を、六フッ化リンカリウム14.0ミリモルを200mlの水に溶かした溶液に注ぎ、これにクロロホルム200mlを加えよく攪拌した後に水層を廃棄した。得られた有機層を無水硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した後、脱溶媒を行って残渣を得た。得られた残渣をトルエンで晶析し、析出した粗結晶についてアセトンとトルエンとの混合溶媒を用いて再結晶を行い、目的の複素環化合物を得た。
直径12cmのポリカーボネートディスク基板上に、上記実施例1で得た複素環化合物(表3参照)を、濃度1.0質量%の2,2,3,3−テトラフルオロプロパノール溶液によるスピンコーティング法(2000rpm、60秒)にて塗布して、複素環化合物からなる光学記録層を形成して光学記録媒体を得た(実施例2−1〜2−6)。これらの光学記録媒体について、透過UVスペクトル及び入射角5°の反射光UVスペクトルの測定を行った。それらの結果を表3に記す。
尚、反射光スペクトルは、光学記録媒体の再生特性と関連がある。再生モードでは、レーザ光を光学記録媒体に反射させた反射光について、レーザ波長の光量の差で記録の有無を検出するので、反射光の吸収スペクトルの極大が、使用される再生光の波長に近いものほど好ましい。
表4に示す複素環化合物を用い上記実施例2と同様の操作により得た光学記録媒体に、55000ルクスの光を48時間照射した。λmaxにおける照射後のUV吸収強度の残存率を表4に示す。
