Abstract
【解決手段】回転式裁断装置は、調節可能な裁断間隙(S)を形成するとともにいずれも刃軸(11)を介して機械枠部材(2)に回転可能に取り付けられた上刃(5)および下刃(7)を備えている。調節装置(10)によって裁断間隙(S)を調節するために前記刃(5,7)のうちの少なくとも一方を刃軸(11)の縦方向に移動することができる。これによって零位置とそこを起点にして裁断位置とが設定可能である。調節装置(10)は移動可能な刃(7)の零位置を自動的に検知する信号発生器(D1)を備えている。調節装置(10)は移動可能な刃(5,7)を信号発生器(D2)によって制御して零位置から裁断位置に自動的に移動させる調節駆動機構(12)を備えている。信号発生器(D2)は、例えば調節スピンドル(15)の回転を検出する回転エンコーダからなる。

Claims (10)
- 調節可能な裁断間隙(S)を形成するとともにいずれも刃軸(11)を介して機械枠部材(2)に回転可能に取り付けられた上刃(5)および下刃(7)を有し、制御装置(ST)と刃駆動装置(F)と、裁断間隙(S)を調節するために前記刃(5,7)のうちの少なくとも一方を刃軸(11)の縦方向に移動することができる調節装置(10)とを備え、この際零位置とそこを起点にして裁断位置とを設定可能である、印刷産業用の回転式裁断装置であり、移動可能な刃(7)の零位置を信号発生器(D1)によって自動的に検知し、調節装置(10)が移動可能な刃(5,7)を信号発生器(D2)によって制御して零位置から裁断位置に自動的に移動させる調節駆動機構(12)を備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 調節駆動機構(12)によって移動可能な刃(7)を調節可能な初期位置から零位置に移動し得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 信号発生器(D1)によって移動可能な刃(7)の回転動作を検出可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 信号発生器(D1)が回転エンコーダであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 零位置が記憶可能であり、この記憶された数値を起点にして移動可能な刃(7)を自動的に裁断位置に移動し得ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 信号発生器(D2)は回転エンコーダとして形成され、これによって調節スピンドル(15)の回転が検出可能であり、この調節スピンドル(15)によって裁断間隙(S)を調節するために一方の刃(5,7)を移動させ得ることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 調節スピンドル(15)は制御された調節モータ(V)によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 調節スピンドル(15)はブシュ(16)またはスライドに嵌合しており、その上に刃(5,7)が回転可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の装置。
- 調節スピンドル(15)は中間軸のギア(14)と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 下刃(7)または上刃(5)が移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の装置。
