Abstract
【構成】 本発明にかかる誘電体前駆溶液は、誘電体前駆物質を異なる複数種の有機成分を含む複合系組成物で構成され、この誘電体前駆溶液と金属複合粒子を溶媒に分散させて導電性ペースト6が得られる。焼成により電極膜を形成するときに、同時に誘電体前駆化合物8から誘電体が形成される。誘電体前駆化合物8は分子サイズであるから、金属微粒子が焼結して導電性の高い緻密電極膜が形成され、同時に形成される誘電体により焼結が抑制されて熱収縮が防止される。また、この金属複合粒子粉末を提供すれば、ユーザーサイドで所望性能の導電性ペーストも調製でき、しかも誘電体前駆物質を異なる複数種の有機成分を含む複合系組成物で構成し、焼成後の炭素残存量の低減を実現できる。

Claims (10)
- 焼成により誘電体に変化する誘電体前駆物質を少なくとも含有し、前記誘電体前駆物質を、有機成分を含む組成物により構成したことを特徴とする誘電体前駆溶液。
- 前記組成物が異なる複数種の有機成分を含む請求項1に記載の誘電体前駆溶液。
- 前記異なる複数種の有機成分が有機酸塩とアルコキシドからなる請求項2に記載の誘電体前駆溶液。
- 前記誘電体前駆物質の組成が、M(OR)x(RCOO)y(M:誘電体元素、R:炭化水素基)であり、n=x+y(n:Mの酸化数)とした請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の誘電体前駆溶液。
- 前記異なる複数種の有機成分が異なる有機酸塩からなる請求項2に記載の誘電体前駆溶液。
- 前記誘電体前駆物質の組成が、M(R1COO)x(R2COO)y(M:誘電体元素、R1、R2:互いに異なるアルキル基)であり、n=x+y(n:Mの酸化数)とした請求項1〜3又は5のいずれかに記載の誘電体前駆溶液。
- 前記誘電体前駆物質の互いに異なるアルキル基R1、R2による総炭素数はオクチル基の炭素数より小さい請求項6に記載の誘電体前駆溶液。
- 卑金属原子からなり、表面に請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の誘電体前駆溶液を担持した金属複合粒子。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の誘電体前駆溶液と、有機溶剤とを少なくとも混合したことを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の誘電体前駆溶液と、有機溶剤と、有機樹脂とを少なくとも混合したことを特徴とする導電性ペースト。
