Abstract
【解決手段】 デジタル放送受信装置は、マルチチャンネル伝送ストリームを複数の放送チャンネルデータに分離して出力する伝送ストリームデマルチプレクサと、データビットレートに対応してそれぞれ異なる容量に設定された複数のバッファを含み、放送チャンネルデータをデータビットレートによりそれぞれ対応する容量のバッファに貯蔵するバッファ部と、ユーザーによって選択された放送チャンネルに対応するチャンネル識別情報を出力するユーザーインターフェースと、チャンネル識別情報により、前記複数のバッファのうちの一つを選択するマルチバッファスイッチング装置と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- デジタル放送受信装置であって、
マルチチャンネル伝送ストリームを複数の放送チャンネルデータに分離して出力するデマルチプレクサと、
データビットレートに対応してそれぞれ異なる容量に設定された複数のバッファを含み、前記放送チャンネルデータをデータビットレートによりそれぞれ対応する容量のバッファに貯蔵するバッファ部と、
ユーザーによって選択された放送チャンネルに対応するチャンネル識別情報を出力するユーザーインターフェースと、
前記チャンネル識別情報により、前記複数のバッファのうちの一つを選択するスイッチング装置と、
を含むことを特徴とするデジタル放送受信装置。 - 前記放送チャンネルデータ及び伝送チャンネルの対応情報を有するデータベースをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のデジタル放送受信装置。
- 前記マルチチャンネル伝送ストリームのPID(Packet ID)値及びその関連情報を前記データベースから検出して前記デマルチプレクサ及びスイッチング装置に提供するPID検出部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のデジタル放送受信装置。
- 前記複数のバッファは、それぞれリングバッファであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のデジタル放送受信装置。
- 前記伝送ストリームデマルチプレクサは、前記PID検出部から提供されるPID値及びその関連情報を参照して各放送チャンネルデータをそのチャンネル容量により前記各リングバッファに割り当てることを特徴とする請求項3記載のデジタル放送受信装置。
- 前記PIDの関連情報は、各放送チャンネルのビットレート情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のデジタル放送受信装置。
- デジタル放送受信方法であって、
マルチチャンネル伝送ストリームを複数の放送チャンネルデータに分離して出力する段階と、
前記複数の放送チャンネルデータを複数のバッファを通じてそれぞれバッファリングする段階と、
ユーザーによって選択された放送チャンネルに対応するPID情報により、前記複数のバッファのうちの一つの出力を選択する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするデジタル放送受信方法。 - 前記バッファリングする段階は、前記各放送チャンネルデータのビットレートに対応する異なる容量を有する複数のバッファに各放送チャンネルデータを割り当てることによって、各放送チャンネルデータをバッファリングすることを特徴とする請求項7記載のデジタル放送受信方法。
