Abstract
【解決手段】 本願発明の鋳抜き穴加工用ドリルでは、先端角θ1が略170度以上かつ略180度未満に設定されているので、切削抵抗の半径方向分力(及び、半径方向分力の差)を従来のドリルと比較して小さくして、鋳抜き穴加工用ドリルが偏心するのを防ぐことができ、その結果、穴位置精度の悪化を抑制することができる。

Claims (2)
- 軸心回りに回転させられるドリル本体と、そのドリル本体の先端部からシャンクへ向けて外周面部に螺旋状に形成されるねじれ溝または略直線状に形成される直溝と、そのねじれ溝または直溝の回転方向を向く壁面と前記外周面部との稜線部に形成されるリーディングエッジと、前記ドリル本体の先端部に形成される切れ刃とを備え、鋳造品の鋳抜き穴を加工するために使用される鋳抜き穴加工用ドリルにおいて、
前記ドリル本体は超硬合金で構成されており、前記切れ刃は、その先端角が略170度以上かつ略180度未満に形成されると共に、前記軸心の直角方向視において、略直線状または前記先端方向に凸の曲線状に形成されていることを特徴とする鋳抜き穴加工用ドリル。 - 前記ドリル本体の外周面部には、前記リーディングエッジの逃げ面に連設される第1マージンと、その第1マージンに対して前記回転方向後方側に位置する第2マージンとが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の鋳抜き穴加工用ドリル。
