Abstract
【解決手段】助手席エアバッグモジュールは、ガス発生装置と、ディフューザと、自己支持形のエアバッグとエアバッグハウジングを有する。新型のエアバッグシステムの開発費削減のため、エアバッグと、ディフューザと、ガス発生装置と、アーチ形エアバッグホルダーとを有するコンポーネントシステムを備え、エアバッグホルダーが、エアバッグハウジングとガス発生装置との間に介在され、少なくとも一部分が自己支持形エアバッグの下部によって囲まれている。

Claims (12)
- ガス発生装置と、ディフューザと、エアバッグと、アーチ状のエアバッグホルダーと、エアバッグハウジングとを有し、
前記エアバッグホルダーの少なくとも一部分が、前記エアバッグハウジングと前記ガス発生装置との間に介在され、前記エアバッグホルダーの少なくとも一部分が前記エアバッグの下部によって囲まれていることを特徴とする助手席用エアバッグモジュール。 - ディフューザチャンバが、前記ディフューザと前記アーチ形のエアバッグホルダーとの間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ディフューザがアーチ形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ディフューザと前記エアバッグホルダーが半円筒体形状とされ、前記半円筒体が、組付状態において互いに合わさるフランジ状の縁部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ガス発生装置が筒形とされ、前記エアバッグホルダーと前記ディフューザが、前記筒形のガス発生装置の挿入のために少なくとも一方の端部が開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記エアバッグホルダーの外側領域において、前記エアバッグが、前記ディフューザと前記ガス発生装置との間に介在されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 更に、コンポーネントシステムを前記エアバッグハウジングに固定する固定部材を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記固定部材が、前記ディフューザから下方に垂設され、前記エアバッグハウジングを貫通するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 更に、前記ディフューザを前記エアバッグハウジングに固定する固定部材を有し、前記固定部材がねじ込み式ボルトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ねじ込みボルトが、前記ディフューザから下方に垂設され、前記エアバッグハウジングを貫通するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ディフューザが、ガスの排出口となるように構成された開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
- 前記ディフューザが、ガスの排出口及び/又はガスダクトとなるように構成された1つまたは複数の裾広がりのスコップ状部分を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の助手席用エアバッグモジュール。
